Examples: The guardian engaged a psychologist for my alienated children. I found out through the guardian's invoice. I found out that mediation talks were progressing through my invoice. I found out that a second mediation was in the works through an invoice 3 months later, even though another is not required. Mediated agreement was never submitted as an order of the court. When the mother refused to follow the agreement we signed, she could not be held in contempt of court. I had to get a temporary hearing with a new lawyer, where I was finally able to get temporary custody and have this submitted as an order. 5 months of violations were not acted upon, and no longer qualified as an emergency. I had to wait for additional violations to get a temporary hearing. When I changed lawyers, I also discovered that most of the new evidence was never added to my case file. The discovery period expired without filing for records, so the opposing counsel was able to block all attempts to get official school and medical records. There was no movement in this case for months, but once I changed attorneys, I got a lot of traction, was able to get in front of a judge, and gain temporary custody until a final hearing could be set.

During one of his weekends, he went to a Judge in Paulding County and told him I had abandoned my children for a year. When I went to pick them up I wasn't even allowed to see them or hug them. They treated me like I had done something horrible to them. No paperwork was given to me, just a police officer telling me he was granted emergency temporary custody. My whole world shattered in that moment. I would end up being served AFTER Rhonda had the order revoced and custody returned to me. I went and saw that Monday morning as soon as her office opened. Rhonda listened to me, looked up the order that was filed and immediately took my case w/ only the $500.00 I had to my name. I ended up paying her later the minute I was able to. He would end up dragging me through 2 custody battles, he is a true narcissist. The courts are too far behind the damage they cause and the way they use court systems to further abuse their victims. Rhonda won my case and I was granted Primary Physical Custody. He took me to court again a year later. I won a 2nd time.
