I never do fast food reviews; largely because they all seem the same. However, every now and then, you find a chain fast food spot with something greater than the rest. First, I want to give special attention to the Bacon Breakfast slider and toast sandwiches. WC uses real fried eggs, which are a childhood favorite breakfast item of mine. The fresh egg, bun, or toast is far superior to the other chain's breakfasts. Onto the restaurant... The crew at this location seem to put extra care into preparing food. They are always very professional and accommodating. The long drive-thru line at this location is there for a reason. The time in line seems to go fast. Got a simple order completely wrong. Common occurrence here. I ordered a chicken ring meal and got two cheeseburgers.

I had a simple order which was 10 sliders with cheese, 5 with light ketchup and mustard, the other 5 with regular. They took so long with my burgers, I waited 20 minutes at the window, when I looked out of my rear view mirror, and saw them passing orders to people out of the first window behind me. They passed about 4 orders through the window to cars that were behind me. When I got home, the burgers that were supposed to have light ketchup and mustard, only had cheese, pickles and onions. I called up there and the guy making the burgers argued that he put the condiments on there. I didn't feel like going back and forth. I had a long work day and just wanted to eat and relax. I should have known when I saw a bunch of kids in there...smh. read more

SOOOOOOOOO SLLLOW!!!!! They are incredibly slow here. My entire trip through the drive thru line lasted 15 min... I only ordered cheese sticks and a pop and there was only 1 car ahead of me. As cliche as it sounds I wanted to get White Castle as we don't have them on the West Coast. I've only visited the Vegas location and in the frozen section of my grocery store, so it was a unique experience to say the least. When we arrived, the drive thru was wrapped around the entire building to the shopping center entrance. As a result, we decided to order inside. We went with some cheese slider combos and patiently waited with a father & son also waiting. Although we ordered drinks, we never received them right away as they filled them up behind the cashier and seemed busy with the drive thru. The only reason why I'm even writing this review was how blatantly biased this location is to its customers. Three other customers ordered after us with comparable orders yet they magically got their orders before us despite ordering 5-10 minutes after us. After one customer I shrugged, but after the second I seriously started to question why we weren't being served. Finally after the third person I did approach the front and magically within a minute later we got our food. However, I had to politely ask for our drinks, which was frustrating. The food was good, but the customer service was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend ever coming back to this location as they do clearly have a bias here. read more

I visited shortly after 7am on a weekday morning. The employees were working the drive thru, slowly. I went inside. After about one minute one employee acknowledged me saying they would help me soon. After five minutes standing at the counter watching them move slowly around I left. I never heard another word from them, and no eye contact. Worst White Castle ever. Waited 30 minutes in drive through. Asked for 2 burgers absolutely plain, nothing whatsoever on them and I still had to send them back with onions on it. Fried pickles were just fine and the mac & cheese bites were burnt. My God is everyone high and lethargic working there? Blows my mind. I know it is just white castle but geewhiz at least make the food hot and fresh, don't give me crappy service and crappy food. I went here for the first time ever.. No idea what the buzz is about white castle, I knew the burgers were small, slider type things, but the meat is only about 1/4 inch thick.. and completely gross.. everything is greasy, including the bread.
