I've never had a massage before and was quite nervous going into it because I was not sure what to expect. I scheduled with Erik (who is awesome!) and who was very calm and made my experience great! He asked what I needed work on, and then assessed it and told me the game plan! He did a great job working on my problem areas. I even had some questions about what muscle tension is and how he works on it and he probably spent about 10 minutes with me after appt explaining it to me. Great experience!
