After he was done prepping the car which is just doing the car wash, 25 minutes later he said he was done. I was impressed also in the same time worried that he didn't do the job properly, he showed me a water test on the front side panel of the car which looks like ceramic coating on it and he said don't touch the car until next day. I was like ok good. I felt that something is wrong I reviewed the video footage of my cameras. He was washing my car outside the garage after he was done washing and dying he put the car inside then 25 later he was done. I called multiple auto detailing company and ask how long does it take for them to put 2 layers of ceramic coating and 1 coat gloss enhancements they said normal it would take 2-3 hours, but Matt only did it for less than 30 minutes. I did the touch test and most of the parts are not even smooth and slick except the front side panels which were he did the water test. I also hired an auto detailing company to do the water testing and touch and they said my car doesn't have a ceramic coating at all on most parts except driver side panels and front hood. I confronted him about it, but he kept denying it, he said he put ceramic coating, yeah sure but not the whole entire car. He also have another review like this on yelp. TM Marine did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the fuel delivery issues I had on my…read moresailboat's Yanmar diesel engine (bio contamination causing stalls and RPM drops). Service was prompt and efficient with very thorough and frequent communication about what was being done. The work done was thoroughly documented with photos and video. Don't believe any of these reviews. But don't believe Mario either. Get a quote from him, meet his team in person during normal work hours vs evenings when they are done with their day job, View his shop facilities (they have none). Then contact Guillermo Sarabia at La Costa Boatworks (+52 646 124 6575 WhatsApp) and ask the same, view his current projects, view his shop facilities, and get a quote. Ignore Mario's comments negative about Guillermo (Mario was fired from Baja Naval for ethics issues, not because he wanted to take classes). Just listen and look. Guillermos English is not as good as Mario's, and he's a bit more quiet. But listen and pay attention. Good luck.
