Even attempted the Destin, Fl location retail shop since no luck with corporate. About a month ago we had one of our Bote boards explode in my spouses face as she attempted to just pick it up. We kept the boards clean, stored properly, never went over 10-11 psi when states min 10 and max 15, and really took care of them. Also used the Bote Board pump to pump the boards up. We had a Catastrophic Seam failure which caused my spouse to have temporary hearing loss and ringing in the ears. I reached out to Bote just to see if we can get a discount since the warranty was up and we have had the board for a while (since Bote opened up). My intent was just to see if they could offer a discount or replace with a hard board since we have dropped over 5 grand on Bote stuff since we really liked them. I got NO response to my email except the 'we received your email and will get back to you shortly'. That was weeks ago. Attempted to call the company throughout week, and just never get through or never get a return call. Tried to do the chat online during business hours, same thing, no actual person. Last attempt was to contact the Destin Retail store during normal business hours, same thing no answer. And to top it all off, Bote sent me a survey just recently to ask how they handled the response. What response? Was the survey a joke or just a company that does not care about anything but a dollar sign.
