I rented a stretch limo from White Dove to take me and four other guys to Red Rocks for the Brit Floyd concert a few weeks ago. I had never rented a limo before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I knew it would be an awesome experience, but I wasn't prepared for the VIP treatment we received. Nikko is such a great driver, and provided us with rock-star service. He arrived early, helped me figure out how to use the audio system with my phone, got me situated with the booze and ice I brought along, and showed me how everything worked in the car. The vehicle was spotless, and had all sorts of cool lighting options. Nikko treated all of us very well throughout the night. He even took time out to get into pics with us and the car. He also recommended a late-night restaurant that had excellent food. He went above and beyond what I was expecting him to do, and I very much appreciated it. I highly recommend using White Dove Limousine whenever you have a need for a nice ride. All you have to do is read any review response from "Francie O." the owner and you'll see exactly why this company has received multiple 1 star reviews. I've never seen a business owner act so mean spirited and unprofessional. If you can't handle criticism for the piss poor performance of your company- then that's your problem Francie. The rest of us will take our money elsewhere. P.S. It's 2018- people move around the country and the world nowadays fairly easy. So while you blew my review off as unimportant because my profile says I live in Rhode Island still- I recently moved to Colorado. Inquired about a party bus for a wedding and asked for rates just to and from hotel and venue. Amy S quoted me $319 for a 20 minute ride each way, so a total of $638 total. I thanked her and said it was too much. Please read the rest of our conversation below. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Amy: 20 passenger limo buses are not meant to be used for 20 minute rides. They usually have a 4 hour minimum. Not really even worth pulling them out of the garage for cheap, short rides. But I'm sure you will find someone that is desperate and willing to do do your short ride for you. You know what they say, there is always someone taller, thinner, richer and cheaper. Highly recommend this service. Nikko was wonderful. Showed up 15 minutes early. The ride was very comfortable, clean and safe and above all Nikko was so much fun to chat with along the ride... Dropped us off right at the gates to Red Rocks and was right there when we got out. Did not have to fight parking or traffic. Wonderful experience!!!! read more

The party bus was a huge hit with our large prom group. Nikko was the perfect driver for this event, as he is an alum of the school. I recently used White Dove Limo for my wedding transportation and was impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness and timeliness of the overall service. The limo was a little dated but was clean and had all of the bells and whistles that you would expect from a limo. I don't know if this matters to anyone (it mattered to me!) but the owner of the company is on the board for the Colorado Limo Association which adds credibility to the company. I would absolutely use this service again. read more

Feared for our safety and didn't like that the driver yelled at us. Utilized this company for car service from the church to the cemetery for my grandfather's funeral. Our driver was incredibly rude when we asked him to turn up the air (it was about 100 degrees outside and felt equally as hot inside the car, I don't think our request was unreasonable). After the cemetery service on our ride back for the lunch, he was exhibiting some very strange and inappropriate behavior. He took a route we were unfamiliar with, and when we questioned him about it, he got very defensive and argumentative - to the point that I stopped him and reminded him that we were coming from a funeral and that this was absolutely not the time to argue with us - we simply just wanted to understand which way he was going back. He kept arguing, until my husband broke in and asked him to put the divider up so we no longer had to talk to him (which, he never did). He drove about 40 mph on the highway (we could see the speedometer over his shoulder because again, he refused to put the divider up), which you can imagine is dangerous in and of itself because everyone was blowing by us at 70 mph...but he was also shaking quite erratically (I would liken it to watching someone with Parkinson's trying to drive). Honestly, we were pretty much all very concerned for our safety. When you rent a limo, you're putting a lot of trust in them that they're going to get you from point A to point B safely, and that your driver will not be arguing with you 10 minutes after you've buried your grandfather. I needed a last minute ride to the airport during the holidays and after searching, all the other options were $100+. So I called White Dove and they were OUTSTANDING! Not only was the driver (Terry) prompt, professional, courteous and kind, but the value better than other options like Super Shuttle or even a taxi. I was picked up at my home and driven directly to the terminal to check in. I would absolutely use White Dove again and again for all my car service needs! read more

Just called this service to get a rate, wow the person that answered the phone in addition to answering it unprofessionally (sounded like she hated her job), was the rudest person I ever have spoken to. Wanted to get a limo for a movie premiere that would get the company a lot of exposure, and was told "well we don't do that, we have a 4 hour minimum" talking down to me. I won't be using White Dove again. Apart from being dated and having really awful air conditioning, the ride itself was stressful. We hired them for our wedding last weekend - they were 15 minutes late to pick us up, which isn't much, but when I called I got a voice recording which was quite stressful! When I finally got a person they hung up on me. When the driver finally arrived the limo did not have any champagne, as I had ordered. The driver took us to the wrong location and when we tried to correct him he was mildly argumentative and frustrated. He seemed to have a lot of difficulty turning the car around and going up small hills. I'm not saying its easy driving those things, but when you hire transportation, the assumption is you aren't having to stress about the journey. When he returned to take us home, everyone was in a great mood - he killed it, getting mad that we had too much weight in the limo and he couldn't pull out. His lack of professionalism really spoiled what should have been a fun ride. We would have rather gone home on the shuttle we hired for all our guests. read more
