Took my BMW Z4 because the central door mechanism failed. I thought it was a blown fuse. Tried to reset it. As nothing worked I took it to White Eagle. They were BUSY!! A good sign. Fixed a appt and Jacob was attentive. Diagnosed it as a simple battery issue! Apparently 2016 models have both Lithium and rechargeable batteries. Was impressed with their honesty. I met jakub through a referral. Guy is standup and honest mechanic as they go. He has worked on my daily Honda, my BMW 335i and now my BMW M5. He knows his stuff and will provide honest feedback and great labor rates. He has built his own race car and is constantly improving his service. Took my Mustang in for brake work and body work to Jacub at White Eagle Motors based on references from the car clubs. To my surprise I was happy to find 100hp cars being serviced beside 1000hp cars while both of them receive equal treatment. The shop was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff is friendly as well. Pricing I found to be fair as well as he does bill hourly at significantly lower rates than dealerships and other shops. The work on the car was done properly and was not at all rushed. Would highly recommend. Ensure to book an appointment or call ahead so there isn't a wait time. I was referred to Jakub at White Eagle for my headlight replacement as it would be much cheaper than what I was paying at the store. This is one referral I have been really happy with. My previous mechanic was good but he never explained what he was doing in detail and how can I improve the overall maintenance of my car. The best thing I like about WE is the transparency both in terms of what is required and the difference between original parts and aftermarket. He only uses the best products and encourages you to learn. I have also cross checked the prices and he has not charged me any markups!!
