This is an honest garage. Even the ladies can go there without fear of getting reamed. Need a part replaced? They will ask if you want the good one or the cheap one and give a recommendation. The owners are Korean, there can be a language barrier sometimes, but Kenny always understands what you need. The rate is reasonable at $80/hr and if a job only takes 1/2 hour then $40 is all you pay. An oil change is about $30. Unlike "dealer service", they will NEVER upsell on things you don't need. I remember once I demanded they replace the starter on my jalopy, after it seemed to work fine after I got there. However, that's a long story and I digress, I have other stories where I wasn't charged a nickel when they could have dinged me. I recommend J.S. Auto repair 100%. It is also called "S M Auto" but I'm not sure why it has 2 names. Ask Kenny!

I was a little hesitant because I live all the way downtown. Well, my friends, it was well worth it! I was attending by Paul, on of the owners and told him that I was told by McDermott Motors (my other local BMW shop that I have been using for 3 years) that my brakes did not need servicing unlike I was told. McDermott also told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, which Paul said was not necessary. McDermott also quoted me over $500.00 for a cracked coolant reservoir, where as Paul was able to do it for just over $300.00. Superior Auto tells it like it is - they will not get you for unnecessary work. Forget McDermott Motors! Hello Superior Auto and hello Paul! If you didn't have all those tattoos and look so intimidating, I would have hugged you!
