She had to get the owner to do it. Once my sister's gift certificate transaction completed the owner asked if he could help me. I said I needed some bakery (from the case he was leaning over). He said "Oh, okay. Let me get one of the girls" and he walked away... from a customer who just spent $120 eating there and another $100 on a gift certificate. What kind of customer service is that?!?! Stupid. A few minutes later a girl showed up and got me my to go bakery. The food is great, but the service is not. Just know that before you go - the quality of the food definitely outweighs the service issues, but there's not much to choose from in the area.
