I was told no and that it was first come first serve. I even asked if just one box could be held since I live a fair distance from the store and was told no again. I came in today shortly after opening and was told the product was sold out. While at the counter, I could see two sealed boxes behind it. When I asked about them, I was told those boxes were on hold. I explained that I had called ahead and was clearly told holds were not allowed. A woman named Amy came out, said the store does allow holds, said she was not sure who I spoke with, and blamed a new employee. There was no ownership of the situation and no attempt to make it right. I was not even offered the option to purchase one box. As a first time potential customer, this was enough for me to walk away without buying anything and they had other selections. I will be sharing this experience with friends and would encourage others to consider this when deciding where to shop.

This store has so much to offer. It's almost infinite. They have anything from common games to…read morehard to find and almost obscure games. They are always so knowledgeable about everything and are more than happy to chat you up about anything in the game realm. If they happen to not have what you want or need, they are also very motivated to help direct you elsewhere. It's a magical and intriguing place to walk around and get lost in.
