Pleased I stumbled across this family run business. I ordered a fruit basket (pic attached) to be delivered and the receptionist was very thorough over the phone AND they delivered same day. I was only expecting a couple items but she packed in a lot of great things along with some mini pumpkins and gourds (so cute!). I cannot say enough good things about Amy. Amy did our wedding flowers this June. After visiting with a horrible florist down the street (I won't name them but truly, the lady had no clue) I really wasn't interested in going to another flower shop, but we stopped by White Flowers anyways. I am SO glad we did. Amy seemed to read my mind on exactly what I wanted. We communicated with each other for several months long distance after our first visits (I was living in Hawaii at the time and she was very accommodating, speaking with me at times that worked for me) via email and phone. I showed her some of my ideas and she supplied everything else. My flowers were kept as a surprise to me until delivery. On the wedding day, Amy and her assistant delivered our flowers personally to our site. She delivered my cake flowers to our bakery the day before. They set up all of our tables. Amy even special ordered LED candles for us to use. When I saw the finished product I was amazed. It was so much better than anything I had imagined. I truly can't recommend her enough. I will be stopping by every time I am on the Cape; she has earned a lifelong customer. Thank you Amy!! Note: the Haku lei and men's leis were not supplied by Amy. I was going to order them from her, but she suggested I get them delivered from Hawaii to save ME money. Talk about great customer service. During the Covid and I'm sure very busy 2021 Thanksgiving holiday, I sent an arrangement to my sister. It was not what I ordered ( Large "Horn of Plenty Arrangement" ) I was very disappointed and let Amy know. There was some miscommunication, maybe due to a Groupon or discount. I tried White Flowers this month for the first time. My request was to have a bouquet sent to my mother in a nursing home. She received it on time and said the flowers smelled wonderful although when I saw the bouquet myself, both the vase and the flowers did not look like what I had ordered. The larger concern was that the amount billed to my credit card was higher than what the receipt/invoice said I had paid online (which included the taxes and delivery fees). We called White Flowers and they said the extra amount was a "processing fee" yet it was hidden from my transaction. I would prefer that this business have more transparency and show the customers what they are being charged at the time of the order. read more

I ordered my flowers over the phone for a funeral. I was told that due to Hurricane Irma the flower shipments were off, but that she had all the flowers that were in the arrangement that I chose, they just might be a different color. I said that's perfectly fine as long as it's colorful. The arrangement that was delivered was completely different than what I ordered and it was mostly greenery! I'm severely disappointed in this arrangement and would never go there again. I would recommend Blossom's, every arrangement I saw from them was beautiful. read more

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a Saturday. I even added notes in the order that it "MUST BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY". Well it was delivered on Friday and ruined part of the event. I called and the person I spoke with said they would have someone call me back. That's been a week and no return call. It's floral delivery...at least get the day correct. read more

Amy did a WONDERFUL job on our wedding flowers! My bouquet was gorgeous and consisted of exquisitely fresh flowers in an innovative color palate. The bouquets exceeded my expectations -- and were much prettier and rich looking than all the pictures of fancy bouquets I had seen in magazines, which served as inspiration for my own bouquet. I just placed another order from Amy White of White's Flowers in Harwichport. I first found her online two years ago when trying to order flowers from New Mexico for my mom on the Cape. After another flower shop couldn't accommodate me in my price range, (under $50) I found Amy White's. She not only accommodated me then on short notice with little to spend, but sent my mom such a beautiful presentation that I have continued to use her several times a year when I want to send my mom flowers. I can tell you every time I have used her she has done a beautiful job. My mom is picky and is always very impressed with the various presentations I have sent from Amy White's. Wonderful selection of linens!! BUT the owner has the personality of a "radish" First time I went there, I had two questions for the employee that was working. When she couldn't answer them, she offered to take my name and phone number to the next day the owner could call me. She never called! Guess she has SO many customers she doesn't need any more! Waited 3 days and went back into the store. She told me the "doors of Dublin" towel I wanted to purchase was "one of a kind"! She repeated it twice! Not true, I found the exact same thing on Etsy the next day, but mine was cheaper! She was nasty and had the "I don't really care" attitude with another customer who was seeking out something simple for a friends Mom who passed away. I answered the customers questions!! Owner didn't like that! But, she ignored the customer, prior!! Anyway, she may have nice merchandise, but just select and pay for your item and beat it out of there before you do something to set her off!!!!!! read more

I can't recommend White Flowers enough. I live in Los Angeles. My mother lives on Cape Cod. I like to send her flowers on all the appropriate occasions, but I like them to be very, very special. I've used White Flowers the last two times, and couldn't be happier. Both times, I simply described to Amy something about my mother having to do with the occasion at hand, and asked her to create something that would make my mother smile. The arrangements she created on both occasions made my mother smile for weeks. I now know all I have to do is ask Amy to give an arrangement her signature elegant touch. Our family had hit or miss experiences with White Flowers over the past 20 years, but, hoping for the best, I ordered flowers online 05/11/17 for delivery 5 days later. I received a detailed confirmation email from White Flowers after I ordered,but, the morning of delivery I received an automated email that my order "has been cancelled due to the unavailability of your specified florist, WHITE FLOWERS. Your credit card has not been processed. We do apologize for any inconvenience." I'm not sure if the owner/manager manually canceled the order or they're unaware how to manage their online linked orders. No matter what, someone needs to get on the ball or simply stick with phone orders only. In the meantime, I've found a more reliable Harwich area florist. UPDATE: 05/23/17 I received an another automated email from White Flowers "Thank you for choosing White Flowers to hand-deliver your floral gift...We look forward to serving you again soon." There was no hand delivery because White Flowers waited 5 days after I ordered and canceled the day of the delivery. Is anyone paying attention? Dear White Flowers, please stop offering online ordering until you figure out what you're doing. read more

While I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, what they delivered to my friend was a very far departure from what I ordered for $74 total - , far fewer roses (3 vs 30), very messy and mostly green leaves and common white hydrangea . I am very disappointed. The color, the quantity, the style and even the vase was different form the picture. I wrote and complained and waited for a response - almost 4 weeks later I am still waiting. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering FTD from this florist. read more
