I ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered. She said they would be made fresh daily. And it would be a nice size arrangement. They were days late and they were not fresh. The nice size is 8x10. When I called she said, send me the pictures and I'll send out another arrangement. Another arrangement hasn't been sent. I haven't heard anything back. $75 for the "nice size" arrangement $46 for taxes and delivery. $ 121.00 is the total Order on the 22nd of march Flowers were to be delivered by the 25th Delivered on the 6:00 pm 26th of march Spoke with the lady on the 27th of march Emailed pictures on the 28th Heard nothing back Writing yelp review on April 3 Not real happy I'll go to 1800flowers next time read more

Similar to another Yelp review, I called and asked if Mothers Day flowers would be possible on Saturday 5/13, they assured me they would be possible by 5/15 at the latest but it's now Thursday 5/18, no flowers, just got the pay request and when I called to cancel I was yelled at over the phone and Gaslit about when I actually even ordered the flowers. I'm taking care of my mother on the cape. My boyfriend wanted to send me flowers. He ordered on WEDNESDAY I received them on Saturday late around 6 pm. The arrangement already had dead roses in the small arrangement. My boyfriend emailed and sent pics of a stem missing a flower with the dead roses. No word back on how this could have been fixed. Interesting there are no reviews since May 2017...I can see why after dealing with this so called business and the owner. Ordered flowers for a funeral of someone very dear to us on the Cape. We live out of state and were looking for local "reputable" florist. Boy, were we mistaken. After expressing our unhappiness with Elizabeth over having flowers delivered with the incorrect card and family name on it ( Her response to that was,,,"sorry YOU didn't get YOUR fame and glory....")...who says that to someone who is grieving??? And several phone calls later...she will not give us a refund!! And we have expressed how unhappy and upset we are. I would NEVER recommend her or her business as she is rude and completely uncaring. read more

Owner, Elizabeth, was rude and insensitive to her humiliating mistake on a sympathy tribute arrangement. She put another family's name on the arrangements card. How embarrassing for us the grieving families supporters. When we called to complain of our embarrassment on the receiving end, Elizabeth rudely and curtly replied: " well I am sorry you did not receive your 10 minutes of fame" Really Elizabeth, you seem to be in the wrong business with an attitude like that. The name on the card is probably the most important part of a flower arrangement, no matter what the occasion may be. Elizabeth, you should have gracefully, and humbly apologized to your customer for this huge mistake and offered everything in your power to make it up to them. Instead you added insult to injury. Called the morning of the day before mothers day and asked "Is it possible?" Was told the selection was limited but there would be something for my mom either later that day or by 3 pm the next day. Got a call around 1 pm ON MOTHERS DAY, saying it's not going to happen and they could bring her something the next day. Bummer, but maybe a discount? NOPE, full price, a day late. THEN, an argument saying that I was warned it might not happen, which was not true. Never would have placed the order, if it was. And to top it off, SHE HUNG UP ON ME after saying "Maybe you should be more SENSITIVE next time and not place the order the day before". Wow. Enter at your own risk... read more

I went in earlier today for some flowers for a dinner party and was blown away with what I walked out with. Lady Brett asked a few questions then...BOOM! There it was...probably the most appropriate bouquet that I had ever seen. I purchased flowers here for a funeral. The owner spent a great deal of time with me sorting through what I wanted including, understanding who the deceased was. I had to call Lady Brett's Flowers 2 times to ensure the flowers were delivered. On each phone call to her she assured me that she would call the recipient to determine the best time to deliver the flowers - this never happened, nor did she call me when she said she would when the flowers were delivered. I finally called the recipient to see if the flowers were delivered - 13 days after the order was placed. (She doesn't take credit cards, only PayPal, but cashed my check.) FINALLY, after 13 days and an apology that flowers were delivered to wrong person, the flowers were delivered (arrangement was lovely). I usually try to buy from local businesses, but in this case it was far too much trouble. read more

Understands her local clients & deliveries (ie don't bother sick people with a delivery, let them tell you when they want the flowers to arrive).
