The place is beautiful, the chapel is so nice, they even had a banquet room that we were able to use for gathering after the service. They are very professional and modern. Things are done electronically and all options needed are available and offered, flowers, mass cards etc. they handled everything, my mother in law looked beautiful and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We literally had to do nothing. For relatives that could not attend they offered Facebook LIVE streaming allowing anyone who could not attend to view the service. A slide show with pictures was included and everyone was so kind and responsive. I would give them 10 star ratings if it was available. They made a very tough day seamless for us And we can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this Funeral home, you will not be disappointed.

This is a hard review for me to write as we went to Watson's after a family death. He was a light that shone so bright and he is so missed. Watson's treated him like a family member and was very respectful of our grieving and needs when it came to his cremation and Urn. Without knowing, I came back to the same funeral home that cremated him and had his urn reopened and resealed. The urn itself is beautiful and timeless, and hasn't changed one bit within these 15 years. The woman working the front desk was incredibly kind, and went as far to rush out in the rain to talk to me. The man who did the service itself was incredibly professional and witty. This is a family-owned business -- I met Mr. McMillan while I was there -- which was founded in, I think, 1979. The people are caring. The facilities are beautiful.
