It is located in the back area of the Safeway store and is private and comfortable. I personally have never had to wait. I will say their automated check in is a little cumbersome but not bad. The excellent rating is because the woman doing my bloodwork was professional and fast. Also, it did not hurt - not at all! And their method for a urine sample is excellent. You have a container in the toilet to pee into and you pour it into the little cup. No holding that cup and trying to pee into it. I hope their analysis is as excellent as their sample taking is.

I called GraceLab Solutions and was able to get a next day appointment. Shanae' was professional, quick, and informative during the whole process. She also able to go to my son's father in Washington DC and complete his test. I will definitely be referring my friends and family who may need DNA testing!
