Very rude tech. General disrespect to the patient who was sent by the Oncology Department. Volume on the TV was very loud and all they were playing was quest commercials. There was no one at reception, although they made sure to leave signs telling you not to use your cell phone. A simple lab request. read more

Do not come at 7am as a walk in hoping to get your labs done in a timely manner. They open the doors at 7am but do not start seeing patients until 07:20. They see about 5-6 patients in an hour early morning. Don't waste your time hoping to be seen quickly without an appointment. Staff seemed nice but noone talked to anyone prior to being called for labs. read more

worst experience I've ever had four visits for a drug test one drug test done. The physician who signed off was not certified therefore, the test was no good. Had to pay out-of-pocket almost $200.00 3 of the visits they told me I had the incorrect paperwork. fourth visit they told me that I needed to go online to purchase the drug test. I was having this done for the USCG and the paperwork they give you quest refused to fill out. I've contacted them regarding the physician not being certified they told me there's nothing they can do. I had the physician. The physician company tells me it's not their problem and that they don't have anyone that can sign on the drug test. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I've lost a lot of time from work and money out of my pocket and still had to go elsewhere to have it done properly. read more

The heavyset lady who came to the door was incredibly rude. She treated me as if I was trying to rob a bank. JERK! It was so ridiculous and unprofessional. If you are considering going to this place, run away in the other direction as fast as you can! I would not let that woman near me in 1 million years. She can make all the excuses she wants, but at the end of the day you don't treat people like crap, and try to block the door like some sort of bouncer at a nightclub. I literally am disgusted. The voicemail suggested to call the appointment line but the system was broken. Tried twice. Drove to the facility, no one was at front desk, waited for a few mins, then pressed the bell button. A male staff came out and took me to the back after we signed in. Told him I have needle phobia and to please be gentle to which he said no problem and that I came to the right place. He took the needle and jabbed into my arm, so much for being gentle. The pain thru the process was quite unbearable. Never going back. read more

Walked into a dirty waiting room. Was then met by a staff member with a negative attitude. I was there to give blood for my place of employment and left with a bruised arm because I had to get stuck multiple times. After giving blood, I was told to get a urine sample and to then bring it back into the room I had just left only to come back to the same room being occupied by another patient and then had no where to leave my sample. All in all - terrible experience and would recommend avoiding at all cost. read more

I was accompanying a family member to an appointment who has extreme difficulties with needles. He has fainted multiple times while having shots and blood drawn. Hit his head. It really helps him when he has someone in the room with him to help him. I tried to come back with him and the employee very rudely said only the patient could come back. I explained the situation to her, and she said "I have 30 years of phlebotomy experience. Sit down". It is a shame that people like her work in healthcare who don't genuinely have concern for patients and their needs. read more

After seeing the many negative reviews for this location I was a bit worried to get a blood test done here. But after two separate visits with two different phlebotomists, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were and how fairly painless each blood draw was. I would have no hesitation coming back to this location in the future. read more

Arrived 10 minutes early for a urine test. Let's just say I was ready when I got there. Signed in, waited 25 minutes to speak to someone and was told that they'll have to call my employer and tell them "I refused the test" because I was going to have to walk out because I was going to piss myself for waiting so long. The employee said this like I was inconveniencing them. When I asked if I could have an estimate of time for how long I was going to have to wait longer I was told rudely and shortly "Have a seat". read more

This office and its employees made me feel like I was a complete burden just by being there. They were very cold, combative, and rude. I will never go back to that location. Have loved going here for years as staff has always been wonderful. However a recent visit was a nightmare! A staff member (older female) I have never seen before was critical, verbally abusive and incompetent. I still have the bruises on my arm from her clumsy attempts to perform a simple blood test. I went to Quest on Bestgate road a couple of days ago for routine bloodwork after a visit to a doctor at AAMC. I went to Quest because it was close and I could stop on my way home. I think I've been to Quest once a long time ago and usually go to LabCorp. I will never go to Quest again. I explained (politely) that I was a walk in because I was close by and had plenty of time, had my tablet and could read while I waited and didn't expect to be seen in front of anyone who had an appointment. You would have thought pissed in her coffee. The was completely rude and explained to me what I had just said, that I was going to have to wait. After about 15 minutes she (again in a really rude tone and posture) told me I couldn't sit there until I could be seen and had to go wait in the car and they would let me know when I should come in?? As I was walking out the gentleman who was sitting in the waiting room said it was odd, he had been sitting there for 30 minutes before I even walked in. I had had enough of the attitude for one day so I left. I had a follow up at the doctors a few days later so I scheduled an appointment with Quest for that day at noon. Already a long story but to make it short, they didn't see my appointment that I had made on the calendar and without my appointment confirmation code (that was in my work email) they couldn't see me. I later confirmed she could have looked it up but I guess just couldn't be bothered. So, I left for a second time again with nothing but nastiness from the staff. (except for the one guy who worked there who was actually super nice and happy) as I was getting into my car, I received an automated text to confirm I was there, which I did. Within seconds I received a confirmation and told I could come in. I drove to LabCorp and was seen within about 20 minutes without any nasty shitty attitude. I will NEVER go back to Quest. read more

Quest diagnostics, in general, have efficient, courteous, professional people and is always my first choice. This particular lab has a very convenient location, great hours and walk-ins are welcome. I would give six stars if I could. Occasionally I have to use another lab which is my provider's default. It's always an unacceptable wait time and the phlebotomists seem less qualified because they have missed the vein a few times. Never happens at Quest. read more

If you want to go to a Quest location where they cannot get your blood and they don't care, this is it. He did not even try to look for a good vein. Was too busy texting. Just stuck the area twice , once in each arm, without success and said you will have to get it drawn another time after you doing some water. Was not NPO by the way. Worst part was that that the area manager did not even have the courtesy to call and address the complaint. Quest is the worst! Actually deserves zero stars. read more

I wish I would have read check out yelp before trying to get a drug test here for my captains license. I filled the info online for DOT drug test and got an appointment. At no point did it tell me I was going to need a DR referral for the test. I'm still pretty sure I didn't. I was willing to pay out of pocket any amount of money to get it done. When you finally can talk to someone when they take you back for your appointment she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Telling me I needed to get back on the website and I did the wrong thing to be able to pay. I tried to reason with her since I had an appointment and the had called me back to the room to get everything going. Once I realized that I wasn't getting anywhere with her I walked out. Don't try to call them. Their phone system is completely automated and directly to there website which also doesn't have a way for you to talk to a person. I can believe I wasn't able to give them money to take a drug test when I had an appointment to do that through their system. Crazy. This testing site is highly unprofessional and exhibited terrible customer service. I took my 95 year old father there for a simple test and was left in the waiting room for over an hour. The nurse provided IN WRITING the wrong fax number for the doctor's office to send the prescription...which I verified later, was actually faxed immediately. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR, I noticed that the number on the side of the fax machine did not match the one the nurse wrote down and brought it to her attention...to which she said "Oops, must have been some other number...sorry." I HIGHLY discourage using this testing site. read more

We went this morning to Quest because they had Saturday walk-ins so he doesn't need to miss work to get it done.
