In 2017 I had a stroke and my husband died and the o pop problem with my furnace resurfaced and they were very good again. Before my husband passed away he had done demolition of my kitchen, down to the studs. I tried to NO avail to even get someone local to do the remodel so I was forced to go to Marion to find someone. They put in a new electrical box and Alliant got involved and approved the work. Later I found a note on cardboard in the yard from the guy who did that work that he did not have the correct weight wiring for running to the upstairs and this needed to be corrected. I didn't use the upstairs so I wasn't too concerned last fall my daughter moved in and used the electricity upstairs. I contacted Monti Plumbing Heating and Electric to run the correct weight wire upstairs because it is a fire hazard I am told. They never came so I stopped out there. I gave him a list of quite a few smaller things I would like done. They had no record I had ever called. Ted told me he was really busy and it would probably be snowing before they could get to it. it is now the middle of May. I called last week and I was grumbled at that thell get to me and then hung up on. I called somebody else today. I don't know what happened to the old Ted but he either has spread himself too thin or is ill. my experience has been in my family history of cancer long before the diagnosis they first had a drastic change of personality. Just an observation but IF this other company gets back to me in a timely manner I will use them If not I will be forced to once again go out of the immediate area to get the work done.

They were asked to turn on the water by the woman that lives in the house so she could use the bathroom. Worker replied with a disgusting "really." After the toilet was flushed water was turned off without time to wash hands. When asked to turn it back on the reply was "oh my gosh." She told him when she was done and he a smart comment of "are you sure?" Called his boss "Ted" and he just said he was unimpressed by the lady and didn't want to hear anything and hung up on me. I know this is small town Iowa, but what a disrespectful company and probably should think of some ethics if they want to stay in business. Sadly I still had to give them one star to leave a review.

We were listing our home for sale much sooner than anticipated." I received a call Monday morning saying they received my message and they could schedule us that day as they had just had a cancellation that was actually for our area. By 11:00 Am that day the service person, TJ came out and cleaned the AC compressor and gas insert and glass. I was thrilled when I saw how fabulous the fireplace looked. However, due to it being a Saturday, I was charged a $250 weekend service charge. The problem was that drifting snow had blocked the outflow pipe. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE.
