It started with FIVE missed appointments with five hour windows. 25 total hours of no technician showing up and multiple excuses. When the technician did show, Sherry took our card information over the phone to pay for the service call. Multiple days later the information still had not been sent to 2-10 because she claimed she never received payment (which had already cleared our account) She asked me to dispute the transaction and send the money via zelle, which I agreed to. When my bank contacted her about the dispute she provided them with a receipt and said they did indeed provide the service and there was no reason for it to be disputed. Catch my drift? No mention that we paid via zelle. So we paid them TWICE for a service call that wasted 25 hours of my time waiting. After two months in the middle of summer of them not getting all of the information needed to 2-10 to get our units replaced, we paid OUT OF POCKET to have a different company do the replacement.
