Before I hired the company, Steve, along with manager Manuel Amarillo, were very generous with their time and provided me with a variety of products and quotes. In fact, the "leading brand" window company that I had previously conducted business with now "requires" two homeowners for a window quote. Really? What a demeaning tactic. Anyway, I made the right decision by hiring Window Depot. From start to finish, Manny communicated with me every step of the way and showed up at the exact time promised and handled the job efficiently with a smile on his face. The team also includes Louis, Jeffrey and Pedro. EVERYONE on the team is friendly, professional, honest and accommodating in every way. Window Depot's windows are USA-made, energy-efficient and come in a variety of timeless styles and designs. Interestingly, after a relatively long wait, the factory delivered a defective window, but it was replaced almost immediately by the factory. They really are a five-star company. (I removed a half of a star because we had a garbage pickup issue that was finally resolved!)
