After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.

I've been calling since Jan. 2024 with water coming down wall where chimney is, staining wall in living room. I've made appointments, spoke with Chris in Feb., now its March. Several missed appointments. Water damage worse now. Finally called and asked for them to be honest and if they didn't want my job because its not an entire roof. Said they will show up but I'm not holding my breathe. I started researching chimney masons. Too bad because they are pleasant on the phone but Noel has been using the same roof job excuse for months. I just saw a roof go up in my neighborhood in 2 days. Maybe I will call them for an estimate. Update...I'm changing to 4 stars from 1. Friday 3/15/24 I received a call from Noel that the worker, Anthony, was in my driveway. It was scheduled for Monday. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. He is great. I would recommend but will add to keep calling if scheduling an appointment.

I bought the opener from…read moreHome Depot and if memory serves, All Door & Garage installed it (but maybe not) so when the problem developed I immediately thought it was the opener so I called All Door and made an appointment for last Monday (2/9) morning. The technician showed up within about 15 minutes of the appointed time. The tech did the diagnosis and determined that the safety spring on the right side had broken. He replaced the spring and was on his way in about an hour. The cost was quite reasonable. A day or two ago, the door developed a horrible squeak so I call All Door and set another appointment for this morning (2/16). The tech arrived at exactly the appointed hours, did his diagnostic work, made the appropriate adjustments, and was on his way in about 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service I would recommend this vendor for all manner of garage door work.
