Absolute worst car wash I have ever had!!!! I paid $85 for the "Meticulious" Wash.... wha a joke. Trunk was not vacuumed, wheels were left with road dirt and after I spoke to the Ass. Manager who has a very dismissive and bad attitude, he said I could go get the wheels specialty cleaned else where if I wanted to. I am not one to leave reviews but TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I paid for an interior only cleaning and got 2 kids that "cleaned" the inside of my car for less than 5 minutes(after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes). They didn't bother to vacuum the back of my vehicle (I specified that I was really looking for the interior to be vacuumed out and wiped down) or wipe down anything which is what I paid for. The below pictures are what I walked into after they let me know my vehicle was done. At 9 months pregnant, I did not have the energy to go back and argue with children about the job that was done, I tried to call to speak to a manager but the phone number does not give you the option to speak to someone, so....here I am writing this review. Save your money and vacuum/wipe down your own vehicle or take it somewhere else. I could have done 10 times better at 9 months pregnant and would have if I had known this is what I was waiting in line and paying for. read more

I got the superfecta service today. I have never been let down by this place untill today. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I went home to clean my car myself. And when I tried to call to resolve the issue peacefully there was no response. For 42 bucks I got to waste my gas and 20 minutes of my day for a sub par service. I come here a lot because it's close to my house. Tonight, they let me down, though. I pulled in a 601pm on 10/2/23 and I'm the only car in line. Two guys are hanging out at the checkin. It takes them a solid minute to even acknowledge I was there, and when they did the spray down on the way in, it was about 2 seconds each per side. Clearly, they were more interested in their conversation than the car in front of them. This is the first time I've been let down going through there. I think someone needs to have a conversation with their afternoon employees about customer service. read more

I took my car there for first time , they drove it through for me and in the process damaged my side skirts. I told the young lady that I would fix it my self and was glad that it was not my Porsche and just my commuter car. I told her that she should tell people with side skirts that they can't go through .. By the way it hasn't happened at any other carwash. She said she would get the manager , who came out shrugged his shoulders and didn't even come over to apologize. I told the young lady that it wasn't about money but the principal and that had it been my other car it would have been a much bigger problem. Very dissatisfied and especially as I wasn't even asking for a refund which at minimum if I was manager I would have provided. Garbage. Overpriced. I paid $32 for the premium exterior. That got me a simple drive through and rag off. No wax spray. No access to vacuums after wash. Glad I didn't pay for windows or interior. Can't even wash obvious smudges off. read more

If I could give a Zero for the Culpeper Location I would. They do not value the customers at all. We pay monthly for a service and you should at least be able to put the tire dressing on all of the tires. I have left there the last 3 times with tire dressing left off on at least 1 tire I have noticed they don't do that when my husband comes through. When I pulled in today the guy with the red shirt walked off and sent a young guy over and he was running around the truck so fast he didn't even do half of the windows and he missed tire dressing on the front drivers side. read more

Planed on getting their Trifecta wash with a few extras and was offered for a few dollars more their Trifecta Plus which included many extra details that I wanted including interior windows cleaned, dash wipe, etc.. Problem was after the wash and pulled into the space being manned by two employees to complete the deal...one was very conscientious, seemed to be responsible and took his job seriously. The other was the exact opposite. Seemed completely lazy, could care less about his responsibilities, and didn't do all that was required on his side of the car. I didn't realize until I left that he didn't wipe his side, didn't clean his side windows, didn't clean the rims and overall was a waste. They need better supervision to ensure customers are getting what they pay for. Won't go back. read more

They did a super job prepping before we ever went through the car wash and then took great care to get the remainder of the debris off the car. This is our second time coming and the first time we weren't that happy with the outcome. Alex provides a really awesome first impression and understanding of the services. This time around Alex made sure it was all taken care of, we watched him provide excellent costumer service to everyone coming in! The gentlemen who directed us into the car wash was super funny and kind(wasn't able to get his name)! The two gentlemen Anthony and Marcus cleaning the inside of our car were so thorough, hard working, and also provided great customer service! If I could give ZERO stars and still post a review I would. I haven't been to the Culpeper location for a couple of years and thought I'd give them another try...NEVER AGAIN. The WORST CAR WASH EVER! I was told the cheapest carwash with interior clean was $47. I was expecting my car to be sparkling. They didn't even clean the dead bugs off my windshield, mirrors or grill. After the wash, we waited 20 minutes in the sun before we were told to pull into a bay...there then spent less than 10 minutes, in total, on my car. The only area they did a decent job on was the dash, everything else that was promised was either not done, or done so poorly it wasn't worth the effort, let alone $47. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

I have tried SO HARD for over a year to give this place a chance. It's literally the only car wash in Culpeper and I think they know that :( they can't keep employees there long enough. They NEVER clean my 3rd row. I have to tell them every single time. I remind them as I walk away and I wait 45 minutes and I come back to tell them my third row was never touched. I even remind them how to lift the seats with the lever. Cup holders untouched, seats not blown out, or mats not even wiped. AWFUL!! One employee names Louise is the ONLY person who makes sure things get done. When he sees me coming he makes sure whoever is cleaning my car does a good job. But he has to constantly stay on them, they take forever and have to be told about things multiple times. Maybe they should have these employees bring their cars to work and clean each others cars and see if THEY like it and see if they think it's worth the money. Management here has changed multiple times. I've spoken with the manager a lot and even still, nothing changes. Please please step it up White Horse! Here's to hoping this is resolved, you do better and I can come back and change this review and recommend you to others. read more

The service started ok. But once the music started playing it was not an issue of it being loud but not the best for customer facing music. Glad I didn't bring my kid who might of asked a bunch of questions about the lyrics. I paid to get the inside vacuumed and doors wiped and the one below the top service and well parts were not vacuumed inside. The dash was not wiped at all and the windshield wasn't even wiped good. I might if not noticed and said oh it was a great job. But once I got in after they said it was done and the first thing you notice is the windshield it wiped well and the dashboard I was a bit annoyed. So I started to look. And I'll attach pictures. But the floor on the car was vacuumed but not well. The seats were a bit wet and spots of the dirty water marks (maybe from floor Matt's being put back in where there. I specifically asked to please vacuum the back and not even done well. I left about an hour ago and this was a horrible $36 spent. We all have bad days but this was just not a good experience. I was better off going and doing it my self at the regular do it yourself car wash. I'll make sure to not recommend this place in the future. First experience was not a great one. I was just reading through the reviews and found it a little disturbing that the owner only replied to the 5-star review and did not apologize to the unhappy people. The reason I was on the site, to begin with, is because the hours on their website say they are open until 7 pm. I went there yesterday a little after 6 pm and the closed sign was up. I called and their voicemail says 6 pm. You may want to update your hours on your website! I only get the $12 wash which used to be $10 and pull around to the bank next door and towel dry it myself they do a bad job and never have enough help. As one person mentioned, they are the only car in town that has brushes and should not take advantage of the great people of Culpeper. This is a small town and a tight knot community you really should try harder with your customer service!! read more

I've came here a couple of times now trying to give them a chance and also the " convenience" it's supposed to be of not cleaning my own car and it's not worth it. Several times my car leaves still looking dirty on the interior and it doesn't matter what you pay I've paid the highest price, middle and lowest and they all equally suck. There are other places that are way cheaper and more stuff for the same price. I wanted to like it but I'm done spending money here and I'll go somewhere else. Just paid $36 at the new Franconia VA car wash to get interior and exterior cleaned. In my opinion they did the very basics. They wiped over the interior with a feather and didn't even bother trying to wipe out cup holders/open center console apartments etc. If you say that this is part of the service then pls do it otherwise don't say it is. The staff need more training or better work ethics. In my opinion the $36 package is not worth it. read more

white horse car wash was recemented to me I took my car to them I got regular cleaning inside and out they didn't impress me much so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them one more time I got the package that was suppose to be cleaned really good the guy said they will clean it until its spotless no matter how long it takes they had the car for 30- 40 minutes. when they finished I walked over to my car they had knocked off the plague the name of my car so I have to fix that I get in the car looked around I still had crumps around the gear shift the windshield was still dirty they never touched the windshield above the rear view mirror I pointed out to the manager he just kind of took a dip breath and went ugh didn't say I'm sorry or anything. Everyone was nice and friendly especially for how busy they were but had to sit and wait so long to get the outside wiped down that it has streaks all over and still had dirt and bugs. I purchased the "meticulous " package for $58.The service provided was anything but that. It was a complete rip off. The employees never looked at the receipt taped to the windshield to know what package was purchased and are apparently just doing the same half *ss job on every car regardless of what they paid for. They stood around socializing and walked around holding equipment day dreaming and hardly touched the car. Bird fecese on the hood, carpet barely vacuumed with food and dog hair left, windshield not wiped down, seats had crumbs on them, the cup holders had food and spilled beverages in them, streaks on the side mirror, dashboard and back sill had dirt on them, the interior drivers door wasn't cleaned and had debris on it and the wheels and hubcaps weren't touched either. I waited 30 minutes in line for them to clean the interior and 20 minutes for them to do the job. Paid $58 and an hour of my time for what should have cost $10 and 10 minutes. If the whole process didn't make me late for my appointment I would have looked for a manager but it seems the way the place is there isn't one that works there. read more
