After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

The boutique is airy and modern with white walls framed with floating shelves and wood elements. A jumpsuit caught my eye from the door but they didn't have my size and the owner made a few recommendations in similar styles (she even grabbed from the sales rack which I feel happens very rarely these days). Ended up getting a jumpsuit in a lovey blue-gray based on her recommendations. The small things really do make a difference! After purchasing my items and heading out I noticed that the "travel" theme carried through to the end. She had placed a wanderlust style sticker on the tissue paper wrapping. It was a small thing that made me smile when unwrapping it when I got home.
