I think that their new set up is not that great with their checkout. It is better than it was before however, they took the approach of Marshalls checkout and I don't like that one either. It's nice though they have the same couple of ladies that I see every time I go in there and they're always very nice.. I think the one lady is a supervisor and she's also really nice.. I don't often shop in the store. I do a lot of my purchasing online and have it shipped to store one available or go there to do my Amazon returns. I could go to other places that are easier to go to, but I choose to go there because I like the staff. read more

3.5 I'm a kohl's shopper. If you go in my closest 3/4 or more are from kohl's. You could even go as far as to say I love kohl's The downside is without a coupon they are over priced so I guess it's good they have coupons almost every day of the year. I do not like what they have done with there clearance section it's all pushed together in one area and makes it very difficult finding anything. I liked it better when each section had their own clearance. My kohl's tends to be short on available staff for the register more often then not. Although that was not the case today. read more

Recently, the Kohls in Marlton has improved greatly in store organization and employees friendliness, and check out speed. The last four experiences have been much better even with long check out lines, they have gone much faster and employees have been friendly and welcoming to customers. This is the closest Kohls to me and my only option. The location is extremely easy to get to and in and out of the parking lot. The only negative is the fitting rooms can be so disorganized, messy with clothes laying on the floor and benches, and not properly cleaned up by the staff in a timely manner. Otherwise, shopping here is easy and very enjoyable. read more

We went not twice but three times to do Christmas shopping and we were let down and left because all the departments were not restocked! I was told by a cashier that the truck only comes in once a week! That is an operation plan for failure not to restock two to three times a week during the holidays when 85% of your customers visit to do shopping and leave with a negative shopping experience and 50% never return to have their limited shopping time squandered on the store's mismanagement! read more

Kohl's has changed, they don't give any more deals like they used to in the past, it turns out that their 30% off crap now does not include a lot of stuff in the store, in the past year I could not find anything that was a good deal. I am very disappointed with kohl's. I decided to shut down my credit card and stop shopping at kohl's. I am more a fan of Target and Walmart, better deals and no surprises. I'm posting this because I'm sick of going in this store thinking I'm getting a good deal and walking out with nothing to talk about. I never thought this place would last. I was wrong. It's been there for years. It's always busy but it's always a mess. Truly a mess. It looks like a tornado hit every department each time I go in there. They do have good sales but sometimes I wonder how everything can always be 40%, 50% and more off of their "regular" prices....I think they're tricking me!! Funny how psychologically we can think a store is having a "sale" and we fall for it but what we don't know (well actually I'm sure we know) is that they just jack the prices up and then say they are slashing them. Anyway, I always feel good about the sales - and get this....sometimes when they have a sale you can get "Kohl's cash" to spend at a later date depending on how much you spend at that specific sale. Well I got $30 in Kohl's cash - WOOHOO!!! - and I was determined to go back and use it. It was valid from 10/31 to 11/01. Damn, I found the cold Kohl's cash certificates in my purse on 11/03 but I said I don't care, I'm going and I'm using my Kohl's cash. I went in - picked out a few things - it came to about $37 - I went to the register and I said "can I use my Kohl's cash that expired a couple of days ago"? and you know what they said??? One of the smaller Kohl's I've been into. And when they have a sale, woo hoo, take advantage of the steep discounts. Try to avoid paying full price for anything - at some point, it'll be on sale, just keep an eye out. Came here to look for a dressy piece for a business trip up to NYC but came out empty-handed this time. I tend to do my shopping twice a year, once for summer and once for winter. I find Kohl's has everything I need at decent prices. I can normally find anything I am looking for whether it is casual or I need a suit and tie for something. They always have things on sale and if you wait long enough, you will almost always get a 30% off coupon. Add that to the Kohl's bucks and you will get a good deal. The only issue I have with the place is when it comes to checking out. It seems that there are always long lines and for some reason, people want to argue over the price or something. One day, I had a couple in front of me decide to go back shopping to find something to up the price of their purchase to get an additional Kohl's buck. The cashier just stood their and let them do it. The husband was gone for about fifteen minutes shopping while we all just stood there. I would have changed lines if I would not have had to get I the end of another and wait the same amount of time anyway. If you can put up with a little frustration at the register, it is worth the visit. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Kohl's. I just find this one in particular to be terrible. First a creepy looking stock guy followed me around the store for awhile. But it was when I checked out that I was truly annoyed. I was putting my items up on the counter and the cashier goes "whoa whoa whoa, how about you not put everything up at once" with a total attitude. And it wasn't like I was piling everything up on top of her or anything, just trying to be quick because hell, its christmas season and there was a line (of course!). She was slower than slow. She was too busy chatting to the other cashier. Then she rang up an item and it came up regular price. I told her that I thought that it had been on sale. And she says "no. it would have came up" I said, can you have someone check, because I'm almost positive there was a sign. She goes "it doesnt matter if there was a sign." Now, I work retail too. Sorry, but it does matter if there is a sign. Even if its signed incorrectly, you have to honor it. At this point I was just worn out by her piss poor attitude and I told her I was going to go back to check myself. I went back and physically brought the sign up to her and she finally and reluctantly altered the price. Kohl's has great deals (especially if you have their credit card) but I would avoid this particular store if you have any option. read more

70/73 location. This was my 2nd stop trying to find a specific shirt in a specific size. Cashier couldn't be bothered to call back to customer service to check on other colors in my size and totally made it obvious i should have walked back there myself. She reluctantly called customer service. It was 10 minutes before closing (and I'm disabled so walking fast is not one of my strong suits) so I didn't want to walk all the way to the back of the store to costumer service to ask and then all the way back up to the register when I know these people want to go home. I was trying to be considerate but I don't know which employee could have been bothered less in helping me find the shirt I needed, in my size, at a different location. Thanks for the wasted trip. Definitely won't be coming back to this store. Cherry Hill only from now on, employees there at least appreciate their customers. read more

Great selection from clothes to throw pillows! The customer service has always been great. If you want to bring your dog, call before. We were told it was fine, then after two times of coming and calling before we got told by the manager in store that it wasn't fine. So we were a little confused.. but nonetheless everything else is great. read more
