I've yo-yoed with my weight for many years. Although, in fairness i haven't regained all the weight since my first big diet 30 years ago. Upon further investigation I noticed another tear on the other side. When I took off the pants and checked further I noted there were small tears in other places. Apparently the item was dry rotted. I returned it because it was 24 hours since I bought this item. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager told me I should've kept my tag because who knows what happened in between the time I bought it yesterday and today. Unacceptable. I purchased almost $400 in items and returned one item which was defective. He should at least apologized and give them proper customer service.

I came into the store to do an exchange/return. They didn't have the one I had ordered online, but I was able to exchange for something else and at the price I paid online. These jeans were $88 originally! The sales associate (wish I got her name) walked around with me to help me pick out a new pair. Thank you for being so helpful! I really can't complain about anything! The store was well stocked and had a nice clearance section. If I didn't have dinner plans I would definitely looked around. There is a customer service person who has been there probably as long as the store has been open, but at least for the last 15 years. She even asks me about my special needs son because she met him 15 years ago after he stole something and I made him take it back and apologize. She was incredible! Stopped in this target on a Saturday morning and for the first time in a while they didn't have…read more carts and boxes blocking the dog food aisle. I appreciate that it was easy to access dog food this time around. Grabbed the items I came for and then went to check out. This is when it got really frustrating and disappointing - there were 2 registers open for 16-18 people waiting to check out. Self check out wasn't open and in recent months has been limited to 10 items, which is annoying. I opted for Walmart instead this past Saturday - it opens earlier than Target and had no waiting to check out.
