They took a moment to talk to me about what they carried in the kind of shop they were all about. She also was sorry that I was not able to purchase lingerie because they did not carry it there. I took some photos because their shop was super cute they had jewelry and some other specialty items. There's a new lady who seemed to be under the influence of some sort... shaking and fidgeting talking over everyone saying they couldn't look my receipt up, but even her subordinate knew that you could in fact do returns and look up receipts using my number if I used it with my purchase. Either she was just too high to remember her training or she didn't want to do it bc I was black ( which this is what I truly feel it was). Either way one of the WORST experiences at this Francescas! A staff member finally pointed across the store to the item so I could locate it but did not extend her assistance further. Then once I went to purchase, no one could give five minutes to assist there either. One was busy helping someone else (although didn't actually see anyone), one was "about to get on a conference call" (10 minutes later) and finally the 3rd seemed preoccupied and said she was joining that conference call too. I think I saw at least 4 employees in there - none of which seemed too eager to help this paying customer. I've never been a chicos shopper.
