Service was very good as well. The manager and his team member looked up the two items different sizes online offers However I managed to located my size in the jeans in store. As for the green shorts I wish they had one size up, since the feedback was they ran on the smaller side. But it was the only pair in store, and online was only marked down 15-20% off retail rate (about $29). So I settle for the $8 pair. Still a score!!!!

The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

If you are unfamiliar with this feature, be prepared to hear a mix of voices and remember not to come out to take a peek in the 3-way mirror without being "ready".

One of them was folding clothes and asked if she could start a fitting room for me and gathered my items all together. The other worker that was super friendly was the one that was in charge of the fitting rooms. She made helpful suggestions and even helped me find a smaller size in some of my items. I came on a weekday around 5:30 PM and was pleased with the attentiveness of the workers and the items I purchased!

Shoes, tops, dresses, pants, swimsuits, jackets, skirts, jeans, accessories. Not all the items are "mom" or "grandma" style. Stop by at different times a year to find the styles you are looking for. Sometimes you'll find shirts for $6 or sweaters for $10. Such a steal and great quality. Many times times they have 60-80% off regular price. Stop by and check it it out.
