The one time I was actually able to go inside, I got there at opening time and the person opening was 5 minutes late to even get there, much less unlock and open the doors. I get that it's an independently owned shop, but if you post the hours then stick by the hours. I seriously doubt I will ever shop there again for this very reason. Unreliable hours and not enough time in my schedule for that nonsense.

I snagged some 70's style jeans that were originally $79.95 Marked down to $20 I paid $13. And a cute pair of green color downtown Khaki shorts that were originally $39. For $8 bucks. Service was very good as well. The manager and his team member looked up the two items different sizes online offers However I managed to located my size in the jeans in store. As for the green shorts I wish they had one size up, since the feedback was they ran on the smaller side. But it was the only pair in store, and online was only marked down 15-20% off retail rate (about $29). So I settle for the $8 pair. Still a score!!!!

Wow, I just love this place! The store is hit or miss with onsite bargains. As I was looking at…read morethe racks, everything was a bit jumbled today but that might be from all the holiday sales. I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. Great value for buying for yourself and gifting to others. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. They do sell stuff in store that is not available online.

The associate I spoke with said she checked with her manager and that they'd honor the return. I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.
