Store has hidden racism tactics. They completely embarrassed my partner and I last night upon entering the store when the security tags went off. They inappropriately snatched our bag out of our hand to search it in front of ton of other customers. Mind you, we were entering the store. Never stole anything. Simply drove way from Pearland to be treated like thieves. Poc do not shop here, not worth the headache. read more

Typical place to find cute clothes but came in at 10:30 assuming they were open at 10:00 considering thats what it says on the website and maps. All doors were shut. Recommend a signage or some sort of update on hours due to this inconvenience. read more

I came in to browse their selection and found two shirts I enjoyed. I was listening to music on my headphones while continuing to shop and enjoying myself until I was interrupted by a male employee and then interrogated while he tried taking the clothes from me. Stopped here to kill time before the Yard House's happy hour started (which we highly recommend by the way). I'm sure my feelings if this place are just because I'm "old"... but I am in absolute awe of how UGLY the clothes are here... they are straight out of the 90s. I mean, I could pull out photos from my adolescent years and I'm probably wearing most of these. Nonetheless, I lived through the 90s and do not care to return. The people buying stuff here were probably born 2005 or later. Somehow what is being sold here is "cool, hip and trendy." I see "dated, overpriced and lame." You could probably go to Goodwill and find the same stuff for CHEAP. I mean, it literally looks like Goodwill merchandise except with designer price tags. Ick. Nope. No thanks. Not for me. Upon entering the store and shopping for probably about 15 minutes walking through the store, we never saw a customer store representative until we headed to the dressing room. There were two workers, at the registers on their phones, talking amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge when we walked back to the dressing room. Back in the dressing room area were two additional personnel visiting and discussing their social lives with out stop for 12 minutes. They were still engaged in conversation as we walked out directly by where they stood. Never said a word to us. I did mention to one of the ladies at the register when making a purchase about never being approached for help or welcome to the store, she indicated they were short staffed. So four individuals two on their phone two others talking about social life constitutes short staffed During this entire time and it was a busy time of the day, there was only one customer that came out of the dressing room. Urban Outfitters, looks like you need to pay to double your staff for current inefficiency. read more

I like this store. I'm not a 20 something year old, actually twice that , but I find things here that are both age appropriate and hip. I've never received bad service and have found most of the lines to have a great size assortment even if you're not a size two. From dresses, to scarves, journals and shirts, I've had great luck here and look forward to coming back. read more

YAYYY!!! FINALLY a location on the West side of Houston!!! It is located across from Sweet and Free People and underneath Ra in Citycenter. It is the typical UO store but with high ceilings and large windows which allow more natural light so its not as dark as the other stores. The sale section is weak because it doesnt offer as many options as the Galleria/Rice Village but hey, beggars can't be choosers! Always a must when in Citycenter! read more

I love this location! They always have a really well stocked sale item section; you can usually find items in multiple sizes even. I like to come in and shop "off season" and can score some great deals. Today I bought a woman's cream colored sweater with red stripes, regularly priced $44, for $10! It's in perfect shape! Since this location is a pretty big size, they have most everything that's on the website. I've called there before and had them hold a cardigan for me. The staff is always nice and friendly and there are lots of dressing rooms. I've never had to wait in a long line to try on clothes. Anytime we come to City Centre for dinner I try to pop in here and see what the latest treasures for sale are. That sale section is my jam :) read more

The building they decided to put this place in is awesome and well laid out, lots of natural brick and natural sunlight exposed, it just like I wasn't in Texas anymore! My wife loved it, I had to drag her out. We would have stayed longer but there was literally one tiny little section for guys. Ive been to plenty other UO's and its usually 50/40 not 80/20. Compared to other urbans it is a bit smaller but that makes it feel closer! Help is always close, just ask, always willing to check a size or help you hunt :) also not always as packed as the Galleria so makes it nice to shop! read more

Hopefully designers and stores will get on the bandwagon and realize their are people above a size 12 that love cute clothes. I enjoyed the book selection, and picked up a few funny coffee table books. Also snagged a cute decorative throw people on clearance. Yes, it is a hipsters paradise, but that doesn't mean you have to be one to shop there. read more

I'm a fan of the huge dressing room. The other locations are small and uncomfortable so you don't want to stand in line to try something on. But dayumm.. they have mirrors everywhere.. I kinda felt like I could do a little fashion show in there with all the different outfits I'm trying on. HA! jk. Besides that, the store is spacious and I made a circle around the store but I wish I knew where the SALE section was because it's usually where I end up buying from anyways. I love urban outfitters. I buy most of my basics at UO but this store was seriously lacking in the inventory category. Couldn't find any solid colored skirts when they are at other stores. Their accessories are good though. For such a large space you'd think they'd have more variety. read more

I LOVE this store. I could spend hours here and not get bored. However, the current staff (especially the Sunday manager) makes me give the place a low rating. Went shopping with my husband and went to try on some clothes. We were in the same dressing room (nothing funny going on) and were told by a salesperson that we couldn't be in there together. I said "OK- sure. Just a minute" and was waiting for my husband to finish changing to leave. Before that could happen, the manager comes back there and basically starts yelling that we had been told about the policy and one of us needed to leave the dressing room IMMEDIATELY. I open the door to talk to the manager and basically tell her that I don't appreciate her lack of professionalism in dealing with customers. We were about to drop over $200 on clothing and there was no reason for them to treat us like that. There were no signs posted about the policy nor did the sales person inform us of the rule upon entering the dressing room. We weren't breaking any rules on purpose but were treated like criminals. Think I'm going to have to drive to the Galleria location in order to be treated decently. read more

employees here have been nothing but accommodating and nice to me. however, the selection is not nearly as good as at the galleria location. if you only shop the sale section, you'll want to skip this place- the sale section is tiny compared to the galleria. read more
