The employees always have a smile and are friendly and welcoming, except one, every time I go in and she is working it's best if I don't talk to her or interact with her in any way because she is so rude to guests and a situation I ran into today the other employees. I'm sure no names are needed to be given, not even a description needs to be given for us to know who it is, times I've dealt with her she always seems like she doesn't want to be there and has even said when I asked about a release for a certain Pop she said "I wish people would stop asking about it". She could easily be the least customer service friendly person I've met, it's like if the Grinch was put on anti depressants and everyday is Christmas. I wish it was only me that have had bad experiences with her but at least 5-10 people that I know have said around the same thing to me. But don't let this one person bring down the rest of the amazing employees that work there, they are great people.

This is a fun place to shop. I had no idea there was a women's consignment shop here in Odessa (no…read moremen's or kids items). It's in the corner of the Old Town shopping center. They have a lot of name brand shoes, purses, ladies clothing, and I found a lot of clothing that still had new tags attached. I went in during their summer sale, and got a cute outfit for my daughter for $20. It's run by a sweet group of ladies, and it's a pretty big place. They have a dressing room, and take cash or credit.

I don't understand the reason for their rudeness or snobbery, since their stuff is garage sale quality at Stein Mart prices. The fashions are current, the clothing is cut well and very flattering for my body type. They have a great selection of clothing, including plus sizes, a small selection of shoes, a good sized clearance section and the best customer service! There were a couple of girls working, both were very nice and helpful. Miquela was one of the employees working, and she was so kind! She was enthusiastic and helpful, and was right there to assist us, even though she was also busy cleaning and straightening the store with the other girl. Really made us feel right at home! But this one was just like it. Everything 40% off . I came looking for something for a 3 year old boy. Yes sucking up to the old boss. It happens. I came here due to the great stuff I had seen before at another Carter's when shopping for Julie's 1 year old niece. And this Carter's didn't disappoint. Full of stuff for all ages. I even caught myself looking at stuff for Julie's niece. Lot of simple clothing and dress up stuff. The ladies were very helpful. I told them why I was there and they laughed. But they started showing me bunch of different outfits. They were making it easy until my ADD started kicking in. I chose a fall outfit as one of the ladies called it. She told me she had bought it for her grandchild. She was very proud. She expressed how much of a hit it was. I had to get it. I had seen this place before. It's by Chipotle. The only bad problem I had was checking in. It was put in with correct address. But on the yelp map it has it 5 miles away. Being a serious yelper now (Due to Julie). I decided to go to the place it was marking. 5 miles away to nowhere. It's an empty field. I got there and tried to check in. But couldn't still. I had checked in to get sushi and at another kid store right next door to Carter's . That it said I had to wait. So I did. For 15 mins. Before leaving without a check in. So long story now short. If you need directions to Carter's , yelp Chipotle for quick and easy instructions. I hope fix it. Could be losing business .
