I would like to report White Knight Pest Control for unethical services. They had a door to door salesperson who gave me a price that the company said was not correct and that the company will not honor. When trying to cancel service, I was now told me that I am liable for the discounted amount for the initial service. On top of that the technician, told me that he was not licensed and was just working off the company license. Which is why he said they don't use "stronger" chemicals that other pest control companies use. This company seems very unethical and now wants to charge me what they say was the discount. Please do not give this company your business. read more

If I could give this a negative review I would. Do not trust anything they say. The salesman will keep lowering the price until you say yes because he won't go away otherwise. He will say it's a one time service so you can see how they 'hit it out of the park'' but that's not what happens. They will continue to charge you a monthly fee and tell you they sent you a contract, but I never received one. Plus I only agreed to the $25 charge for a one time only service just to see how they did and I've had more bugs come in my home since they sprayed the one time and this is a new house. So please don't get scammed by White Knight Pest Control. They are horrible and their customer service is equally as bad. read more

This company send college kids to harass homeowners at all hours of the day and night. I've told them I wasn't interested I don't even know how many times now and to not come back. I still have representatives coming back. Next step is going to be calling and reporting your company to the city for various things then the police and getting a no trespass order against anyone coming on my property from White Knight Pest Control. read more

My fault trusting salesman and not having glasses on while signing. Told so many lies and that's reason why I signed. Services verbally told not done and now unfortunately stuck in a yearly contract for service told only one time and services told that would be done are not. Sad how many lies told. If I could give them no stars I would! I had them spray outside for fleas. They said that I would see a "slight increase". All it did was create a bigger problem as all the fleas seemed to run inside. When I called to complain I was told that they could come and spray inside but that me and pets would have to leave my home for 4 hours. I was told that an inside spray would only take 15-20 minutes to dry. Given that I work from home, leaving for 4 hours is impossible and a huge inconvenience. They responded by cancelling my contract and sending me a bill for $250. I do not recommend this service at all. Do your research at the Better Business Bureau as they have a score of "F". read more

They have door to door salesman that are very pushy and come at all hours. They spent about a month in my neighborhood, going to my neighbors houses multiple times. I was lucky, they only came to my house once and almost got attacked by my guard dog. They try to sell you pest control services, but they are the pests. read more

White Knight Pest's salesman misquoted too low Saturday the price for pest/miskito control and then asked me to sign a contract on his 2 1/2 inch by 4 inch phone screen. Stupidly I trusted what he was saying and didn't read it. Now they won't honor what he said and they are forcing me to honor their annual K. I've got the K expiration highlighted on my calendar to cancel. read more

Worst pest control ever!! If you are choosing based on what they are telling you please run!! I literally spent so many hours arguing just to get service that was promised in the beginning. I was told the sales person didn't put proper notes down to the tech that was there had been terminated. The technician was very professional and extremely thorough. He paid attention to the problem areas and addressed all my concerns. Exceptional service as always!! They have knocked down hives and wasp nests, they have eliminated ant piles and spiders! They have also helped with my fruit fly and mosquito issues! I love these guys! read more

Approached by a door to door salesman offering a deal on pest control. Was hesitant because of personal financial reasons but was assured by the salesman that if I ever needed to cancel that I could at anytime. Christmas season hits and money is tight and needed to cancel my service. Called White Knight customer service to cancel and was told that if I terminated my service I would owe $300+ which is what was provided as a discount to the initial service. The remainder of my services for the year at only $160. Incredibly scummy company using backhanded tactics to keep customers rather than through quality service. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Sales people are pushy. Try to cancel, even after your contract is over and they will make you talk to a bazillion people asking why and making a million excuses to not cancel your account. Even after you say you want to cancel 100 times. The service is ok but definitely over priced! I had a horrible experience canceling over multiple phone calls because they didnt cancel in system after the first request! read more

Zero Stars if I could. Won't let me cancel despite the fact that they have not done any of the service that both the salesman and customer advocate promised they would do. Example, they were supposed to clean off all spider webs, bug nests, etc. on exterior of house. On 3rd visit, technician told me they don't do that and the salesman and customer advocate "don't know what they actually do." He also left our backyard gate wide open and our dog got loose, we found him 2 hours later in the pouring rain at a house down the street notorious for having cops at it all of the time. Customer advocate said the only way I can cancel is by paying $281 because I won't let her remedy the situation or gain back their trust. I said that I already tried that after the first two services were untruthful to what was promised as service and I already tried to let them remedy the situation but they just made it worse. I offered to pay the difference of the discounted rate and what I had already paid instead and she just kept repeating herself. Horrible business, scam tactics and no care for their customers, animal safety or communication. Would give them negative stars if I could. I work in customer service and have never dealt with a company so awful at their business. read more

I signed up for service in July of this year, and they treated the lawn for ants, fleas, etc. Said they would be back for a free follow up in 2 weeks. Then begin my bi monthly treatment. They came back in 3 weeks and charged me $89. Called and they said I didn't request a follow-up so it was my bi-monthly. Then they charged me AGAIN in September and didn't even come out. Ever hear of "White Knight" pest control? They should change their name to "Fly By Night Scam Pest Control". I suggest you steer well clear of these bozo's! The offered us a one year contract for pest control services to get rid of fire ants, wasps and other pests within 45 feet of our house. After the first treatment the problem got worse. We gave them a chance to come out & reservice (spray again) only to have things get even worse! We now have fire ants almost in the house, wasps everywhere & yellow jackets stinging our dog! Fire ants have bitten my wife and gotten into our planters and killed our tomato & other plants! We've been trying to cancel their service but they say that they initially gave us a $301 discount for signing a one year contract (priced at $49 monthly for every other month service) and if we cancel we will have to pay that discount of $301! There is no way we are paying them $301 (plus the initial $49) to make them go away after they only made the pest problem much worse. read more
