    They're pretty good and get all the cob webs down on the second level of the home. Good value for the price.

My initial appointment was last week, for a 1-5pm window. I got a text from the technician asking for a morning appointment (no biggie, but I wasn't able to change my schedule), and that he will need access to the outside. Okay, but what about the inspection? Come to find out, there isnt really one. I asked the technician to still make an effort for identifying areas where bugs might enter. The technician was professional and polite. No complaints at all. Kudos for working well with his customer. However, I haven't received anything in writing about the treatment plan or chemicals used. I don't expect to see that at this point. My point is, this is not exactly what the customer signed up for. Room for improvement.

    Spoke to my technician on the phone in April to schedule a spray. He texted me previously to…read moreschedule so when I talked to him on the phone I asked if I could use that number to text him to schedule instead of calling and playing phone tag. He said yes. June 30th I messaged to schedule, no response. Yesterday 07/07/2026, I got an email statement showing that my June payment was never made.... It's set up on autopay from my debit card. I've also never received any emailed statements from them the entire time I've used them. I assume they only send you a statement when you're behind... What's crazy is that I've received several texts and emails about new services and add ons to my service but no communication on a missed payment until the next bill. I call the main number on the website to see if they can tell me why my payment wasn't made because there was nothing wrong on my end or wrong with my card. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and just said she didn't know- wasn't willing to even look into it. Whatever. So I ask her if she can tell me why I never got a response from my technician to schedule. She proceeded to say that they don't have to reply and I should have just called the main number to schedule. At this point I wish I had just gone with a different company. Especially after everyone I have talked to about this has said they've had bad experiences also. All in all, don't bother setting up automatic payments because apparently they don't take the payment, don't bother messaging the technician that's assigned to your house for a spray, and don't call the main number for questions because you're just gonna be met with nasty attitude. Do better.
