Because i didn't agree to all the extra services it was my first time there they kept changing my…read moreappointments one time they canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes late I was told that the dentist needed the whole 2 hours for my service so finally after almost 3 months my appointment was at 12:00 then they pushed it to 1:00 I was there at 12:40 to make sure this was done after seating in the room for 30 minutes so remember the dentist needed the whole 2 hours and the way staff was speaking to staff it was racist and tasteless and the way I was spoke to didn't make me feel comfortable so I told kyle to refund my 200 he said it was dropped in the safe but don't worry you will get a refund link today and you will have your money in 2-3 days didn't happen so I called him this morning and asked for the corporate phone number he said he was told to tell me they don't have one then he offered to overnight my check after I agreed and 10 minutes later he said due to the holiday I want receive until wednesday today is friday last time I checked overnight should be saturday not wednesday after I get my money back they don't have to worry about me as a client but I will find the corporate phone number so I can see if they treat everybody like a brother over 2 weeks still no refund.

We were also told over the phone that they accepted our insurance, but upon arrival, we were informed that they did not. They attempted to pressure my child into getting braces immediately, despite my husband explaining that we needed to discuss the decision as parents first. In addition, they refused to provide a standard cleaning that is fully covered under our insurance and instead insisted on a different, more expensive procedure. This visit was a complete waste of time, and we even had to take our child out of school because of their misinformation. I would not recommend this practice based on our experience.

She exceeds my expectations of anyone poking around in my mouth: she is knowledgable yet real; she is gentle yet quick and above all, she LISTENS thoroughly. Dr. Bradley having recently moved to Highlands. Tx and buying an established practice is even better for me because I don't have to hike from the parking lot of a hospital-centered professional building, through a maze of offices and finally wait 45 min to see her.
