I've gotten massages at other places for around the same price, but never have I been so pampered. They let me customize my experience, they offered me free drinks while I was waiting (although the wait time was very short). Julie was amazing, very gentle but effective, and also very thorough. I loved the oils I chose and she even gave me the rest of the bottle to take home. After my massage, I was offered a membership and Shawn the associate took the time and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The office is very luxe, clean, and smells amazing. When Dr. Hank was ready for me, the vibes were VIBING! We laughed the entire time, which made me feel so comfortable, but most importantly... my face!! I booked facial balancing, and goodness, he did his thing and the discomfort was minimal. I went in thinking I needed more than I actually did, but what I really appreciated was that Dr. Hank is not the kind of provider who will recommend or do something just for the sake of doing it. I spoke directly with Dr. Hank before traveling from Boston about my follow up and additional treatment so it could be handled during the same visit. I then arrived and found out he was not there. Your office told me he was in training and couldn't get out of it. Dr. Hank later told me he had a plumbing emergency at home. Those are two completely different explanations, and that's exactly why this felt misleading. Dr. Hank's text that "if travel and provider availability are important factors to you" is frankly absurd. Travel and provider availability should be important factors to every patient. That is not some unreasonable or unique concern of mine. Whether a patient is local or flying in, clear communication about who will be available and what to expect is basic professionalism. There are plenty of aesthetic practices that can perform these treatments. That is not the point. This was a follow up related to treatment I had already done with Dr. Hank, which is exactly why I flew in. Trying to reframe this as though I should simply go elsewhere completely misses the issue. As someone who also works in healthcare, I find the nonchalant handling of this especially concerning. Aesthetic practice or not, patients still deserve honesty, continuity, clear communication, and respect for their time. What's most concerning is not that something came up. It's the inconsistent explanations, the dismissive response, and the attempt to minimize a very valid complaint instead of just owning what happened. That's not a misunderstanding. That's poor communication and poor customer service.

Cons: Prices were cheaper than other nail and massage spas, but now prices are creeping up. Some services that were included for free during a nail appointment are no longer free. Services are done in a house that is partially set up like a nail and massage spa. Gel and acrylic lasts, but regular polish does not last at all.
