I don't recommend Sara for piercings. She seemed nervous and inexperienced. Though she was very kind and likable, the piercing was painful and slow. I've had a nostril piercing done before at another shop with minimal pain and NO bleeding. This one bled and took quite some time. I don't think I'll have any healing issues, and it looks good. But the experience it's self was more painful than it needed to be. I do hope she can really improve on the craft because she is a nice woman. read more

Unsure of how my first review managed to get deleted, but I figured I'd post again as I'm in the process of getting a terrible tattoo done by Austin a few years back removed though I will have permanent scarring where the eyes and mouth are due to how roughly they were dug into my leg, and feel it's really important that honest reviews are left up for other customers who want to get tattooed here. I had a really awful experience all around, but the results of the tattoo kind of speak for them self. In case this gets taken down too I'll be sure it's on yelp for others to find. It's a terribly done piece, I have both sleeves and multiple other tattoos now. I have spoken with so many different artists, and they all agree that the technique is less than great. Given it was a few years back and I was in love with his art, I'm unsure if it was personal, or the fact I brought company with me, but this isn't one of his best by a long shot. There was a large randomly placed and puzzle piece hand drawn on my leg and tattooed without my permission while I was laying down and unable to see what was going on, in which I have a witness who says the same thing, though Austin has said he doesn't remember hand drawing anything on my leg. You can see it was hand drawn just based on how uneven it is. I remember going home and crying for hours. I had a whole horror leg planned out and this experience completely ruined that for me. Our agreement was also that we would have the full tattoo done that day and I had prepared for a 6 hour session, which ended in three and a half hours only because I assume he felt like he had something better to go do. (His friends came to visit part way through for a "smoke break" and all came back smelling like weed, the person I brought with me was the one who mentioned the smell) Overall I wouldn't recommend this company seeing as there's so many other talented artists in Utah with a better track record. My boyfriend and I got our septum's pierced here for his birthday the shop was very nice. I'd never had my septum done before so I was nervous. Honestly the process went by quicker than I thought and much less painful, my boyfriend has had his done before and he said last time they did it in the wrong place and it hurt so he was really happy with the way it went this time and he loves it. Sara was incredibly friendly and she talked me through the whole process and helped me with my breathing. I would say overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone getting pierced here. read more

Got a tattoo by the name of SAL at his previous tattoo shop,.he is now working at this shop and I was very pleased with his work so he posted a tattoo on his social media which I wanted to get . He ended up saling it to someone else . We had a deal he would work something up for me and do a cover up on my right thigh . So I paid him the 200$ to hold it for me . He rescheduled me twice which isn't where the frustration was I just thought he was super awesome and asking him a couple days before getting my tattoo he still didn't have anything ready so not hearing anything about my tattoo for months. He sent me a picture of my tattoo that my friend had done when she went with me to get my first tattoo with him. I did let him know how I was feeling and he ended up offering me my money back and then blocked me on everything. I wasn't asking for my money back neither just to get the tattoo but he offered to give the money back .. I am a mother of 3 and this was my valentines /mother's day gift so it's really upsetting that he could rob me of my money like that and ruining my tattoo experience to trust tattoo artist . He ended up messaging me back after I contacted the tattoo shop and basically blamed me losing my money on me and it was all my fault basically due to my honesty. Super sad about this , don't trust this tattoo artist!!! Not only this but after I posted my review he messaged me and said if delete my review he'll give me my money back had a whole bunch of people write a good review about him lol :/ I hope nobody has this experience and has a tattoo artist ruins that trust for you . read more

I have gotten most of my work done by Taylor and he is amazing! Listens to what you want and draws up something insanely beautiful every time. He takes the time to make sure it's exactly what you want and he gives stellar advice and opinion on what he thinks will look good. I usually go in with an idea and let him add his own to it and it's turned out great every time. My go to tattoo artist! I had Austin do a large back piece that is really amazing too, just a darker style than i have in mind for other areas of my body. Everyone at the shop is super cool and welcoming. The shop is clean and you can also buy some dope art from most of the artists. read more

I went in here to get a nose piercing, the lady who helped me did me very dirty. I already have a nose piercing so I got my other side done, not only did she place my piercing uneven to my other side she cut me with the needle. She seemed inexperienced and it hurt more than previous piercings, ultimately she did a really poor job and my 40$ was wasted. I now have to get it repierced, and I will not come here. read more

i only went here because it's close to my house but i really feel like the piercer tries to scam me she told me diffrent prices for my gauges over text and then denied it after she had already did one ear so i ended up paying an extra 100$ just for my other lobe. everytime i try to ask her a price for a septum or regular nose piercing she tells me it's 70$ when i know it isn't. i've had my nose pierced before for 30$ and she did my septum for 40 in the past. i don't mind a miscommunication but it definitely wasn't. just to make things worse i went here for my ashley piercing and she put the wrong type of jewelry in my lip so it sunk that night and it got stuck in my lip. it was so scary and she told me to just push it out when i shouldn't even have to do that. so i went to my other tattoo artist/piercer the next day and she asked me where i went cause she wasn't supposed to put it in for a couple more months. i just want people to be aware of who they go to because i don't want the same happening to me. read more

Well to start from the beginning, I showed up to make an appointment and the first artist that I was supposed to see kept rescheduling over and over again five times in a row. So when I got upset about it I thought that the store could still be redeemed when another person, named BROCK, said that he would tattoo me right then when I came to complain about it. He did a good job at first with my first tattoo but once we got to my second tattoo I had previously paid him around $600 so that I wouldn't spend it on other things oh, so I figured I could trust him to just tattoo me the amount that I paid him previously, but because I missed an appointment he figured that that was a good enough excuse to fine me for not showing. Which is fine whatever I'm down to pay a fine if I got to, but then I asked him how much the fine was and he said "whatever amount you've paid me is the fine". I can understand being upset about me not showing up for an appointment, not that I was doing it on purpose I literally couldn't find a ride to get there because I don't have my own vehicle. But to charge me everything that I trusted him with is complete b******* and the Redemption for that store is completely gone after being treated the way I have once I try to complain about him and being completely shunned f*** the store and everyone working in it read more
