This is a moderately large and orderly antique/collectible shop. I was impressed that the booths were all well kept, not filled with junky stuff that someone would find at a flea market or garage sale. Well, maybe some of that stuff, but generally there was a better quality of items than I've seen at a lot of places. There seemed to be a fair amount of furniture and oil paintings. There were Coca-Cola and some Barbie items too. However, the number of pure antiques was relatively low. They have some very unique old items such as comic books, shirts, candles, candy, records, toys, knives, swords, stuffed animals, signs, jewelry and postcards clothes. One of the most unique things I saw during my visit was a Vietnam-era Army Coat. There are tons of items here to browse. Because the store has independent vendor booths, you may able able to negotiate with the vendor to get a lower price on some items. This is a neat little spot that even though it is huge, it is clean and very well organized. You could spend a considerable amount of time going through here. They carried a ton of adorable vintage Christmas decor. The shop was crowded and people were walking around with their treasures. The excitement was contagious. It has all kinds of tchotchkes, doodads, baubles, trinkets and other old and unique miscellany. The store is separated into booths, and there are different things in each booth. I saw all kinds of things that I wanted, but I had to physically stop myself from buying some of the vintage milk glass mugs. No one needs a milk glass mug with a buffalo on it, but the heart wants what the heart wants, sometimes. If you leave the main building and walk outside, and then turn to the right, you will see the second building: Route 46 Vintage. This vintage store deserves its own review, so you can read my separate review for that. But I'll just say that this is where you'll find funky vintage clothing and accessories. Then, there's a little shed-looking building that has more antiques and fun stuff, and also handmade goods from local artisans. Basically, the Brown County Antique Mall is a little campus full of eclectic treasures. You can definitely spend an hour or so here (or more!) looking through all of the stuff and buying all the things.

I love costume jewelry and was able to find several pieces that I liked and I brought home. There were big outdoor items on the front porch when we walked up. The place is right on the highway and easy to get to with adequate parking. The prices in the booths varied greatly with some being very reasonable and some I thought were high but I think that is the same as most antique/vintage stores of this type. We had a lot of fun shopping there and when we checked out the cashier was nice and helpful and told us about a couple store policies that we asked about. So that's still a lot of square feet of floor space. That is why I am going to say this store is HUGE. But not all of the booths are active. I do see what appears to me a higher quality of merchandise as compared to other indoor flea markets. There are many booths that sell new tools as opposed to used tools for instance. The same holds true for kitchen items. The furniture seems to be newer as well generally speaking. I really like this store. I find more products that I can use in this store.

I walked in and immediately got met by a woman that said "we close at 4:00 today," as she cornered me near the carts. They close at 6:00 normally, I saw. It was 3:20....I said "ok, well can I stay in here till 4:00 then?" I was kind of taken aback the way she immediately approached me and how she spoke to me. She then said "well I need everyone here at the register by 4:00." With a scowl on her face. I just put my cart back and walked out, apparently I was not wanted in there. I could of looked around till 4:00. She was very rude. They just lost out on a customer who planned on visiting often, cause she was not pleasant and the whole experience was just weird. I watched others walk in after me, hopefully they didn't scolded by the old grumpy lady like I did. 0/10 customer service. If you don't like your job, then don't work there. Simple as that.
