The dentist (Dr. Lo) is not bubbly but very nice and professional. He does not seem to recommend unnecessary procedures. The ones I have gotten are relatively painless. He given "gentle" shots. I continue to see him even though I moved 30 minutes away because I trust his recommendations. His costs also seem reasonable (but I haven't seen anyone else in the area.)

It is simply not acceptable for patients to only be informed of a large out-of-pocket amount after they arrive. Costs should be clearly disclosed ahead of time so patients can make informed decisions. No one should be put in a position where they waste time, fuel, and effort just to be surprised with a bill at the front desk. This practice needs to change if you expect me -- or any patient -- to feel comfortable returning. For now please cancel all of my appointments.

The most sure treatment option was to have implant for the affected molar. During the selection of the possible treatments, Dr. Yu never insisted on any particular options, but advised me with the best option available. He demonstrated an outstanding professionalism and courtesy in treating me as his patient. Now whole implant process is over, and I am very satisfied with the implant. By the way, his implant is performed by the less invasive digital navigation. I can confidently say that his dental expertise is also matching his exceptional courtesy.
