The warm smiles and friendly greetings of the front desk are second to none. They really strive to know the patients and make everyone feel relaxed and welcomed. Unlike many offices, they tend to be on time and minimize wait times which I really appreciate! The Hygenists and Asssistants are absolutely top notch. So far, the Dentists themselves are THE BEST we've encountered! I really admire the calm demeanor and the respectful way that they interact with the patients and staff. I've been very impressed with the dentists skills and efficiency. From the numbing shots to the procedures themselves, patient comfort is their highest priority. The facilities are very modern and well maintained with technology to improve every aspect of the experience. I also appreciate that they provide a full range of services in-house including implants! She has been an opiate addict for the last 15 years. That was the last time she saw the dentist. It was the last time our family was whole. So now we ask lots of questions and generally will never trust any one who claims to hold a medical license again. It's my reality. Seems this offended the anesthesiologist at this office. He stated opiates should be less controlled and if we can't trust him he can't treat my daughter. I was too angry to think. I left. The staff talked us through everything and updated us along the way which made all the difference! We were also given some options for treatment approaches mid way through the procedure which was appreciated (other offices don't do this & have flat out told me that there are no "options" once under GA). Like many people, I was hesitant to have it treated here because I had seen what other dental practices charge. I was considering waiting until my next trip overseas to have it reset or replaced. Dr. Cho examined it and was able to save the existing bridge and reset it for a very reasonable fee. Other dentists had recommended replacing it entirely at a much higher cost. Dr. Cho and his entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional--from the receptionist to everyone else in the office. The entire procedure was comfortable, and the experience was easy on both my mouth and my wallet.
