I want to give a big shoutout to the best White tiger instructors, Stacy and Jenna for making my daughter Jaelynn feel incredibly comfortable at White Tiger. They made her feel like home. My daughter was very shy and didn't want to do anything. Stacy and Jenna stepped up and showed her step by step and they took their time to teach her everything one on one and made her want to come more often. Master Lee has been awesome with my daughter as well! and we can't forget Samatha and Phoenix as well as the front desk ladies! This is by far the best place and environment we've been apart of and enjoy coming each week. we feel like apart of the Taekwondo family! I started taking Taekwondo classes at WhiteTiger Rockwall- the same studio that my daughters (4 & 6) attend. I never planned on taking Taekwondo, but honestly, I fell completely in love with the faculty and methods of teaching that are exhibited by each and every instructor. They use such positive training techniques and are so genuinely invested in each and every student. My easily distracted kids are now more focused, more respectful, more interactive. The staff is amazing. They know everyones names, siblings, parents. They celebrate victories of all kinds - breaking a board, attempting a new kick, getting a new belt - while being an encouraging comfort through tough times - anything from personal losses, boo boos, feeling discouraged at not breaking the board on the first try, and everything in between. I was TERRIFIED of trying something so completely out of my comfort zone. I am almost 40 and an impossibly long way away from the days before kids when I would work out a few days a week at a fancy-ish gym...i can barely remember that part of my life with so much more time and so many less people to take care of. It is NEVER too late to try something new. For me, it's important to show my girls that we have to keep going even when u feel like giving up. We have to respect and train our bodies because they are the ONLY WEAPONS we have at ALL TIMES. these days, we have to be so careful and so prepared...but also we must saturate our lives with gratitude for the opportunities to learn, the teachers who teach us, the friends and family who support us...the guided steps we are gifted daily that lead us to where we never thought we would be... read more

I just had my son Brayden's birthday party at White Tiger in Rockwall. It was the best and easiest birthday party yet. The staff did everything!!! The demo team performed a routine at the beginning of the party and it was really awesome. The kids were really talented. Master Ko was there and very interactive with the kids. You can tell he really likes children. They provided pizza, drinks and entertainment. For at least a full hour they had all the kids participating in taekwondo activities. This place is perfect for 4 year olds and above. Master Max and Master Kim connect with people of all ages and bring the passion every session. The staff is engaged, friendly and they listen. We are excited to join the adventure and appreciate the professionalism they bring. read more

I've seen a tremendous difference in my son and it's only been a couple sessions. Ms.Paula, Master Ko, Aiden, and Jasmine are always at the front greeting the kids as they walk in. Helping them tie their belts, making sure they bow before entering on the mat! As I have watched them these 4 sessions, I've seen them interact with the kids in such a way that is graceful and teaching the children discipline. I watched today as boys and girls were excited to learn. The only thing I feel is I wish they had different dates for groups that are starting from the beginning. Group those Little Tigers together so they learn the basics with a little help and then gradually put them with the other little tigers who have been there for awhile. I cannot say enough good things about this studio! My daughter has ADHD and the instructors have the most patience I have ever seen in coaches with young students. There are lots of smiles and jokes and the instructors discourage sideline parenting. My daughters self esteem and confidence have blossomed in this program and she LOVES to go!
