We called White Top Cab Company in Warner Robins Georgia on the President's day weekend since we could not get a rental car from any of the rental car companies, having rented out all of their vehicles. We needed to get to Atlanta Airport departing at 3AM for an early flight and when I called White Top Cab, someone personally answered and they were right on time with a comfortable riding vehicle and we made it to Atlanta International Airport early. Driver ran a bit late in picking me up Was same driver as one of my previous trips. Previously every trip was $6, but he made a wrong turn out of my apt complex. I told him 3 times that we were going the wrong way, but he persisted in ignoring me. I'm reported him to the dispatcher and am thinking of using a different cab next time; I can't afford a 35% rate overage for every trip! My soc sec won't support it! read more

Placed phone call at 11pm on May 7th As of 1225am may 8th still no cab. Have called 3 times each time different excuse and longer wait for cab. I remember getting a lot of rides from these guys, or at least I think I remember. I always wind up at my house, though not always with my car or with all the money I had in my wallet. I'm sure these guys are pretty standard, but in the long run a cab ride and a long walk of shame back to your car in the morning are a hell of a lot cheaper then having to go through the court costs of a DUI. From what I can recall, they do take a while to get to where you're at, especially on weekend nights near the closing time of bars. read more

Honest Drivers at white top. My brother lost his phone didn't have a clue where. We called white top and ask did one of the drivers find a phone in their car. The very next day Driver name Los returned the phone as soon as he came to work. read more

I believe 1start is more. I need a ride for early morning(4:45 am) so, I called the White top company and made arrangement(pick up time/location & price(base+milage) etc.). The male person told me everything is set and good to go. When I called them in the morning before 10 min about the ride(because people complained about the delay in earlier reviews), the lady(suppose to be a driver) told me she is already scheduled for other trip and she can not come. read more

Waited 50 minutes for a cab, called back twice and still had no cab! After waiting the first 30 minutes the operator said the cab was dropping off and would be there in 10-15 minutes. The only good thing about this taxi service is that it less expensive than the other taxi in Warner Robins. They are consistently late arriving and the dispatcher is rude beyond belief. If the other taxi service charged less, no one would use White Top. read more
