I tried saving some money to eat on so I opted to get out the cab early......The Driver didn't have change of course. He was determined to get all I had. So tonight I needed a cat for a young man and his girlfriend who seem to be in need of something important. When I called to get the cab, I am rudely greeted with what seems to be a female uneducated speaking Dispatcher! Not only has this happened tonight, I Previously tried using this company twice before... Let me mention it's the same female had spoken with on both occasions. I never got a cab, was ignored every time I tried to call back. I do not recommend this cab company pay the extra and get a Uber or lift! Terminate that lady and hire someone educated in customer service and dispatch! From her attitude I'm assuming the clientele cannot be any better... Imagine the cabdrivers. They have the worse service ever. They never confirm rides. They show up when they want. They don't have a merchant account. Very very slow it takes up to 2 hrs before your cab arrives and when you call to find out they say the same thing either it's on its way are we only have 2 drivers. I have been waiting at the hospital for at least an hour. I called and the guy who answered was very rude. I asked when will the cab be here and he said 2 minutes then hung up in my face. I waited then called again and that's when he was rude saying they were trying to get in touch with me but no one have called. He lied and I have been very patient. Now he's not answering my calls. I was nervous to call this cab company, but it was my only option. I had just grocery shopped for 2 hours with 2 carts of food and supplies for weekend guests. I had my twin 6 year olds in tow, too. Got my groceries to the car, it was dead- 95^ outside. I called the cab company and while I was waiting I noticed I also had a flat tire. My driver, Leroy, couldn't have been more helpful! He drove me home and helped me unload the groceries. Then he took me back to my car, jumped it, and put on my spare tire. He is a former mechanic and boy am I glad he had his stuff in his trunk. Awful. Simply awful. Two weekends in a row have waited over an hour for a car to come pick me up, after being told it would only take 15 minutes. When I have voiced my frustration to the company, they get mad at ME and act like its my fault. Driver (Mark) was insanely rude, told me to get out and walk if I wanted to (which I almost did). Couldn't agree more with all the bad reviews for this taxi service (service is the wrong word here). Called from Boston to have some groceries delivered to my Mom who fell recently and is housebound. All I asked about was getting some groceries delivered, along with another stop on the way. The guy was so rude! I was simply inquiring, told him I could put the cost on credit card, etc.....he just hung up the phone on me! Too bad Macon doesn't have Uber or other taxi services. This is a real shame. Had to get from Lizella to downtown Macon at 4am and the operator didnt even think any of their drivers would be willing to go out that far but one of them did and she turned into an angel, twice over. Didnt take her long to get to me and she got me where I needed to go quick as she could safely. Then I discovered I'd left my phone in her cab, got in touch with her when she went back in the next night and, not only did she find my phone but brought it out to my house to get it back to me. I dont remember her name but she was car 43 I believe and she was awesome! I dont take a cab very often and of course Uber is far cheaper but that's not the drivers' fault, that's just business. But when there's no uber available and you need to get from point a to point b, I'd call them again and request that angel! read more
