They need a new receptionist with a more positive and professional attitude because there losing themselves the dime by hiring that guy.

However, when they finally got around to looking at it, I got a call saying the batteries and terminals needed to be replaced. The thing is, my batteries never had any issues -- a simple cleaning would have been more than enough. Instead, they went ahead and installed two new batteries and claimed to have cleaned the terminals. By the time they were done, my bill was nearly $800, and the original issue -- the fuel pump -- wasn't even addressed. I could have easily replaced the batteries and cleaned the terminals myself for a fraction of the cost. What's worse is this isn't the first time we've had issues with this shop. We brought our Jeep in multiple times as well, and it also never came back fully fixed. We've been loyal customers, but this last experience has left us feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. I can't recommend this shop anymore and will be looking elsewhere for future repairs.

He was kind, knowledgeable, patient to hear our story, and was considerate in wanting to do the job right. Unfortunately, we had to get another claim set up after the first one, same year, was done sloppily at Gerber C & G from Portland on SE Grant St. When brought into McMinnville GCG, they discovered my daughters bumper was a mess underneath. There were bolts missing, parts of plastic ripped off, the bumper could not be tacked on due to stripped bolts. If the first Gerber in Portland had told us about the condition, and insurance would only pay some since it was an older car, we would have added our own money to do a decent job. Instead we had to pay $500 deductible 2X.
