My Daughter's truck (2007 Diesel F250) broke down recently the day before a cross country drive to Texas. The truck was towed to White's. Service Center the same day. The service center were super helpful and went (in my opinion) way above and beyond normal practices to ensure their diagnosis was correct as it included a fuel pump and PCU. The work was don't quickly, the service writer very communicative and the work done to the highest level. I would definitely recommend Whites service to anyone. read more

This place owned quick lane in Springfield Ohio. I had something on the air conditioner fixed last summer. It worked for a few months and started doing it again so I took it back. They said they fixed it and, yet again, it worked for a few months and now it's doing it again. I went to set up an appointment and now their quick lane shop is closed. I have done business with Whites for 30 plus years. The dealership recently sold. The service dept is terrible. I went in and simply asked for a new wiper switch to replace one iI have been having trouble with. It would stop working at random times. Instead of replacing the switch as I asked for they did all kinds of diagnostics which ramped up the labor time. This DID NOT need to be done. So a simple switch replacement which should have costed around $ 240 ended up being $ 360 I will not do business here again and I will not recommend this service dept. to anyone read more

I had White's Ford to put everything new on my 2005 F350 everything except for block and heads and spent over $15,000 and drove my truck for about two weeks and it has been sitting since and that was in late 2022. Horn went out on Ford Explorer. Clearly covered by the warranty we bought and they would not honor the warranty. All the other Ford dealer ships we called did honor the warranty. Just scammed me for a $150 diagnostic test. Wouldn't recommend. Terrible service and very unprofessional. read more

My experience with Ford in Urbana Oh was one in which I purchased a new vehicle with the 14 days or 1000 miles return period and they waited my time to promise to get me missing items from my new vehicle purchase. They acknowledged my emails many times and never followed through with those promises. My experience with all FORD dealerships is they are very poor compared to Toyota. I would never consider to buy another Ford again. The experience with Toyota is always makes one feel one is respected entity with an immensely great service & customer support but Ford makes one feel tired, mad, upset and even when you walk into their dealerships, you feel they are not a quality dealership. Kind of like comparing a Mercedes to a Kia. Toyota is like Mercedes. However, this Ford dealership did not deliver to me a vehicle as stated on the window sticker which is a policy of the vehicle one would receive. They voided the policy. They should be out of business. I will report them to the FTC.gov. Someone made a comment on Google this dealership was on Ohios Attorney General Watchlist for 5 years. Now I do not know if this is true but if so then I would never use this location if you wish to buy a Ford. Check out Google reviews too. read more

We purchased a used car from White's Ford and our salesperson was Dave Wright. The purchase of a car isn't always the best experience but that is not the case at this dealership. We bought a used Mazda Miata that was in great shape. The sales experience was perfect. However, as we were driving the car home, the check engine light came on. We contacted Dave who told us to bring it right in for them to check. We brought it the next day and the agreed to cover all of the costs at a Mazda dealer of our choice (being a Ford dealer, they wanted us to go to a dealer who specialized). We needed a vacuum pump and White's covered the costs. Dave even followed up with an email to make sure the car was taken care of. They treated us like family throughout the process and we are thrilled. Everyone was professional and kind. read more

Don't go here unless you can be without your car for 10 days. Had my car 10 days for a 30 minute repair. No compassion for the fact I had no car, was fixed under warranty so offed me nothing for having it so long, including an apology. Was told they were really busy! Ten day to fix a car is ridiculous. They were unwilling to put in a more expensive part - had to wait for them to get cheaper part from warehouse which took 2 days! Would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!!! read more

Went in because my check engine light was on in my 2017 Ford Fusion. I knew the code and the part that needed replaced. They pulled the same code I did. Then they told me that the part I needed wasn't under warranty. I went to another Ford dealership and turns out the part was under warranty. Whites just didnt want to fix it. In the paperwork they sent with me they claimed the check engine light was not on when I brought it in and was not on when they returned the car to me. The check engine light was on both times. Stay away from this dealership. read more

just left this dealership and have never been so disgusted in my life. i am struggling with words to explain the way I was just treated by Chris in their service department. Took my father in laws truck in for repair on a mirror and there was a misunderstanding on the price to be charged on the mirror. In full disclosure I feel as though the misunderstanding was on my end, however the way Chris spoke to me should not be tolerated in any business whatsoever. He talked down to me and when I said that I would never do business here again his response was GOOD. Wow, I was blown away. Mind you I was a little upset about the misunderstanding about the price but to be told GOOD was mind boggling to me. My recommendations to anybody looking for a Ford dealer are to find a different one. They obviously don't care about their customers, especially Chris. Buckeye Ford, in London or Sidney would be worth your drive. Awful customer service by both Chris and service manager Randy who thought Chris didn't do anything wrong. Great job, you just lost a customer for life and will tell anybody and everybody that will listen. read more
