Came back on the line and said shop manager said to "come on" and when I arrived they met me with politeness and took the car into the shop. 15 minutes later they came into the waiting room to say it was ready! But AAA towed us to this small, independent repair shop. They were closed, but the owner and mechanic said they would look at it because they would want help if they ever broke down while on the road.
