Luke and Francesca were excellent and encouraged me to keep going even though no official diagnosis from the doctors regarding the cause of the leg cramps has been confirmed. We continued with the exercises for the legs and added back strengthening also. I surprised myself by how much I could actually do physically and I know this came from the encouragement from Luke at each session. I am much stronger than I have ever been. Have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so.

He did an X-ray and explain everything to me so I can understand. He really put my anxiety at ease. Just a very nice man. They have no problem calling you out if you're doing something incorrectly or if you're haven't been doing your exercises at home. Not only are they thorough and knowledgable but they all have great attitudes! They'll razz you and joke with you as you try to complete all the exercises. I actually look forward to each appointment because in addition to offering great medical treatment, they offer a supportive community that makes you want to put in the work. Since this was my second shoulder replacement, I have a basis to compare the treatment that I have received from Julia. Although I was pleased with the outcome from the other therapist, there was no comparison with the Julia's process, and results that I obtained from Julia. In reflecting back on my progress, it is now very obvious that she had built a recovery strategy for me since day one. There has been a constant progression of various exercises that she has adapted to my improving condition. In addition to the treatments, her explanation of what and why we are doing things has been spot on. I really appreciate her combination of technical expertise and practical application throughout my recovery process. Overall, an extremely positive experience. After 2 months, I had full range of motion and now, after three months, I have the go ahead to get back to a regular work out routine. I could not say enough about his expertise with this injury. When I saw my surgeon for my 8 week post op, he told me that I was one month ahead of schedule. Most of my experience over the years is with Al Visnick but I've also seen Judy & Todd who are fantastic too. Most recently they weren't under my insurance but I went there out of pocket anyway because I don't trust anyone but Al Visnick to work on my spine. I have chronic issues with my spine and neck, exacerbated by my profession. Among his many talents, Al is an expert on the spine. Not only did he completely adjust my thoracic spine and neck to be better than ever, but he trained me to change my working environment and setup as well as my postural habits to the point where my chronic pain has essentially disappeared so long as I follow his advice. And because of the great work he did on my neck and spine, along with the simple at-home exercises he taught me to maintain it, I am able to very quickly get back to being pain free if I ever slip back into old habits. He's taught me to manage this essential part of my life so that I can work longer and more productively without any pain. I am forever grateful to him for this as I'd not be able to do my job without it. In addition to Al being a miracle worker, there's Todd, who is meticulous and amazing. My husband went to him for his chronic back issues. He used to regularly throw his back out and suffer a lot each time, but not only did Todd fix it every time, he taught my husband how to avoid re-injuring himself, as well as how to do maintenance and recovery exercises and stretched at home to the point that my husband hasn't had to go in for many years now. I've also gone to Judy a few times and find her extremely helpful not just for the physical therapy but also for her attentiveness, the questions she asks, and the incredible advice she gives.
