That was perfect and I appreciated Brian taking the trip at the end of his season. Brian fixed the issue annd cleaned the whole system, he gave me a couple heads up on my furnace. Did not push or try to up sell me. Also appreciated. I did take his advice and had him basically rebuild my furnace. I live in my camper full time, so a good heater is a must here in the NE. I will use Brian as my camper repair man, even though we have our own rv/camper place close by. Our local company would not fit me in, even though I needed my furnace fixed. My RV step was bent and we could not close the entrance door. Campingworld wanted me me to unhook the RV. Why? Can you pls first come and have look? No! Why not? Well have a nice day and we left. They also tried to sell me a new step (400$). Complete BS. So we went straight to Diederich's RV Mart. The owner came with us and with a little block of wood and a little wiggling and bending (carefully) he fixed in 5 minutes. He didn't want any money for it either. Well that's not me, service is something you have to live off so I gave him 40 bucks. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much. And Campingworld, you want to make money? Provide service!
