We signed a contract without complaint, but were not entirely enthusiastic about the solution. Two days later Fernando called back: he sensed we weren't 100% excited, kept searching, and worked with Clopay to get exactly what we'd hoped for, at $800 less. AFTER we'd signed a contract for the pretty good solution. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE??? Then he found us an excellent carpenter for the prework -- BERTHA CONSTRUCTION--and installed the door beautifully.
