The first time, was after a wild fire in 2020, destroyed some of the old growth trees on our property. My husband and I wanted large, instant impact privacy trees, to replace the ones we lost. NurseryTrees.com was instrumental in restoring our sense of peace and privacy. This time, the 2nd time, was to plant a living memorial to my husband, who passed away unexpectedly in 2023. Zach, who remembered both my husband and I, was kind and respectful. Zach drove me around the farm and talked to me about all the different trees. He helped me pick 5 beautiful trees, actually going so far as to find "better ones" for me, and then he set up the delivery and planting date. (Interesting fact is that NurseryTrees.com actually no longer delivers to the area I live; however, they were honored to be asked to do this, in memory of my husband, so they gladly made an exception for delivery.) On the day of delivery, the crew foreman contacted me and kept me informed of their arrival status. Once they arrived, it was amazing how quickly they were able to plant all 5 trees and set them up for watering. They even took the time to allow me to spread some of my husband's ashes into each planting. They were all very polite and respectful. It was a wonderful experience and now I have these beautiful trees to watch grow and change with the seasons and time. It has helped me feel closer to my husband. Thank you Zach. For everything. TOTAL NIGHTMARE.......you are so lucky to find these reviews and save yourself the heartbreak and…read moreheadache in working with these crooks! I won't write a novel but the salesman constantly called and pressured me for a credit card to get the process started....it was obnoxious! Next, the plans took forever and they told me the plans would likely be accepted by the County because they had experience: NOTHING could be further from the truth! There was no foundation plan, they had to re-do the plans repeatedly and it would take months going back & forth with the County and waiting for Barn Pro's to respond In the end, Barn Pro's left me hanging....they actually told me that the situation got so bad with them needing to hire a new draftsman/engineer that they blew my project off, stopped caring and focused on newer customers and making fresh money. Barn Pro's insisted that I take delivery of the building material.....that was a nightmare as the shipping company came, without notice, a day late and it was raining. Despite covering the materials and keeping them in the shade, the beams twisted, warped and went bad. The barn finally came out well but the contractors I hired are the reason for that. As for Barn Pro's, they have a great website with fake reviews, just look how many people on Yelp are hating on them! All true! Take the pics and hire your own local draftsman....avoid these crooks like the plague!!!

If I could leave no star's I would. I have never had a barn and have waited 19 years to build this…read moreone. I was just super disappointed with the building process. If you have wood that is damaged or not up to par you have to jump through hoops to get it resolved while your crew is on the clock and waiting. Also to get the barns you see in their online photos you will have to spend up to $10,000 in additional cost. After months of frustrating conversations and emails my barn is done. It has only been two months and I am already having issues with the wood on the outside cracking. To them is not uncommon. I love my barn but the additional cost to get it to look finished was stressful and way over budget. I guess I am just disappointed that they won't stand behind their product.
