I Asked what had happened and was told they were reviewing the footage. Never heard anything back. I asked corporate to refund my membership due to the incident and that I wouldn't be returning. They stated because I got it washed they can't do anything about it but I am welcome to keep using the membership. How would I know the equipment is faulty if I'd never gotten it washed?? So I started coming here every week when it opened. The women there are so nice that I keep coming back. But the last two weeks I have come here I get stopped after I pay for someone to come touch the bottom part of my car it's a piece that's connected to my side where my tire sits my spare and it wasn't put back together. I haven't had any problems with going through this car wash with it but now someone always has to stop me bend down touch it and say something. I was told that I would get caught on the belt and go into another driver I was told it could come off and hit the car behind me. The guy stopped me today bent over and I had to have a whole conversation about my tire and the side with him and a woman and she even had to tell him I come here weekly. I just want to pay for my car wash and be able to vacuum out my kids crumbs in peace without getting stopped and explain that it was taken apart to get the spare tire under my seat floor and wasn't connected back. Other than that issue my kids enjoy the water show my car gets cleaned. read more

This place is relatively new to our area and I have to say, the convenient location is why I first came here. I keep coming back due to the quality of wash and how friendly everyone is. For starters I have had my car washed at maybe 10 different "drive thru" car washes but this one impressed me from the start. They brush the front end and rear portion of your car before you even start the car wash. This is critical to me because I drive a lot and have murdered countless bugs and need more than what the spinny mechanical brush does. Every time I have been here I have been thanked before I start the automated process by the person who scrubbed my vehicle. So customer service also gives this place top marks. Once completed with the wash you have a rug cleaner machine, compressed air hose, and high suction vacuums all for free. It can be a bit loud so if you have sensitive hearing, bring some plugs. If you want to ruin a brand new paint job, take it there. Filtration system obviously leaves too many minerals in water. Hard water spots left behind pit the paint and almost impossible to get off even with a clay rub. Scratches all over hood and fender. 200 miles on truck and I guess I learned my lesson. read more

I love car washes that you don't have to get out of especially when you have little ones with you. I got the $9 wash and when you pay it will list what is offered with each level. Paid at the machine and went straight in. The guy at the front cleaned my hood and windshield since I had a lot of bugs on them. He directed me in and it was easy the rest of the way. It gave my car plenty of time to go through the dryers as well. You don't have a time limit on the vacuums like some places which was wonderful. There are plenty of spaces to pull in to use the vacuums. Will definitely be back! read more

I have a nice 2018 black Genesis. I clean it once a week and it always looks sharp. I was worried about those automated car washes damaging the paint, but after a year, it is still shiny new. I have been very pleased with the quality of the washes I get here. I normally hand wash but on occasion when I'm in a hurry or just lazy I'll bring my car by here. I would say for an automatic wash, it's about a 9/10. I've noticed my wheels will sometimes have dust and dirt on them which was missed, but there are some places those brushes just can't get. I usually bring towels with me to get those places. Combined with the vacuum and compressed air, this is a great car wash. The air really helps in drying. The service from the attendants is also top notch as well. There is always someone that comes by and asks if everything turned out okay. I usually go to a regular (with workers) car wash, but at $32 each time plus tip, it becomes very expensive to keep my car looking great. Whitewater Express Car Wash is near my home so I decided to give it a try. Jarvis came over to the entrance and welcomed me. He was very helpful in my decision to purchase a monthly pass. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After I drove though I entered the lobby of the business. There I spoke to Jarvis who had me complete a short info card and brought a sticker (which is recognized by a scanner to approve my car washes) to my car and placed it inside my front windshield. He was very friendly and helpful. He also gave me a free cup and towel for buying the monthly pass. I really liked that each vacuum station had an air blower to clean out the cracks! The vacuums were very strong and easy to use. For $29.99/month I can now get my car washed everyday if I like. A much better deal I think. read more

I would give this wash -5 stars if I could. I brought my car for a wash, pulled into the bay to dry it with their towels, starting at the front end, and immediately noticed on my black benz these shiny lines glistening in the sun. After further inspection these shiny lines were scratched ALL OVER MY CAR. An employee on duty immediately completed an incident report and said a store manager would be calling me. I have spoken to the store manager (Treigh, super rude and disrespectful) and Austin, the regional manager, who was very respectful, and both refused to cover the cost to repair my car. These are the facts that I know, 1) I only take my 2 year old black benz to this wash when I don't hand wash it myself, 2) I am meticulous with my car, and know it very well, I would have seen the scratched all over my car, 3) I went to 3 detailers to try to find out how I can get this rectified, and when I asked them how this could have happened, they all immediately said a car wash. It's obvious this happened at the car wash. The cost to fix my car is $750. WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a sister company of Louetta Automotive, so $750 is chump change to them. However, they refused to do what was morally right and pay for my car to get repaired as it was OBVIOUS this happened at their car wash. DO NOT take your car here. They will not fix your car if this happens to you. They will run from the responsibility. They are not a business that enhances the local community, they are the exact opposite.
