The location can't be beat - 20 minutes from the Bozeman airport, a huge property complete with river front footage of the Gallatin river. We are for sure future repeat customers.

They even provided me with some bear spray for my hike... apparently they had extra in the back from people leaving it behind, since you can't bring it on flights. I'm glad I stayed here during my visit, and I would choose it again!

We hardly ever take naps, but on this stay the bed was so comfy we ended up lounging happily! We had a breakfast one of the mornings, which was so tasty - mushroom omelette with fresh fruit on the side. They offered to find us a fan but never got us one. The pool and hot tub were closed. The sign said it was closed starting May 12th for "roughly 2 weeks." We were there June 1-3. Positives - comfortable bed, stocked amenities, average continental breakfast.

The decor and ambiance is what you would expect, outdoorsy, wooden, chic, with a medium high end vibe. The rooms are nice with a small fridge, coffee bar area, a desk that I have used and needed many mornings and nights. The hotel staff is superb. The gym is better than most. Pool and Jacuzzi is always a nice touch. The free breakfast and coffee is always a good touch. I'll be back when I come back for work and for a vacation with my family.

I rented a car, I was a bit disappointed that guests are charged for parking. I do hope the hotel will consider waiving parking fees in the future. When I entered my room, I was immediately hit with a strong odor of body odor and stale smoke. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues were even worse. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood on the walls, hair was scattered across the bathroom floor, and there was hair on the bed linens. The sheets looked as though they had not been changed, and the mattress was covered with a plastic liner that had an unpleasant odor. There were crumbs throughout the room, and the trash can contained used Q-tips. The toilet in my room struggled to flush properly, and the public restroom downstairs was also unclean, with no toilet paper available. The odor in the room was so strong that it seemed to cling to my clothing. After the first night, I went to the front desk and requested either a clean room or a refund for my four-night stay, which cost approximately $1,250. I was informed that a refund was not possible because I had booked online. The clerk offered another room, but it also had cleanliness issues, including crumbs around the beds, food debris near the door, stained towels, and hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast quality was disappointing, and there was no coffee available one morning during my stay. I spent four nights here and left extremely dissatisfied. My experience was far different from the positive reviews I had read before booking. I would appreciate a response from the property's owner regarding these concerns and an explanation of how these conditions were allowed to exist. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

The room phone had two options, 911 or front desk. So if you had a housekeeping issue (which we had a few times) you had to call the front desk and sit on hold until they're done checking in guests. Our bathroom toilet was super low to the ground (maybe a foot high). It clogged twice during our stay (not by me.....wife) and the seat was loose and crooked. You would think they would fix the seat when plunging the toilet but they chose to overlook it. For these reasons I won't return....especially the toilet.
