It honestly felt like we were watching someone push their personal feelings onto customers instead of doing their job. If you don't like a patron, fine--but don't make it everyone else's problem. It created a tense, awkward atmosphere and made the whole place feel hostile. And if this customer is really that terrible to deal with, then handle it the right way--ban him. Don't take it out on other paying customers who are just trying to have a good time. We came in expecting a normal night and left feeling uncomfortable.
