I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

That said, this is one business that I will never be back to. I have spent over 1200.00 in the last year with Johnston Cleaners. But as of today I am done. Last week when I picked up my cloths the young lady that works there part time charged me for something that was not done. She said it would be done the next day. When I went in the next day the Owner (him) said that they couldn't repair the item. I then asked what about the money that I was charged he said that I never paid any extra. I asked him to look it up and he said he would later. I went back in today to get some other stuff and asked him again. He said that I never paid. Very politely I said I did and asked if he would look. He said he did and that was that. I then told him that I was sure and asked where the young lady was. At that point he went off on my. He told me to "F" off and go "F" myself many times. I was blown away. I was so shocked that all I could say at the time was "WOW" he then told me to "GO F... YOUR WOW" He did all this in front of another customer wow was also blown away. I have never had an owner come close to doing that in front of me to anyone. And this was all over 20 bucks. He did all this when I simply asked him to ask his employee. I had been warned several years ago about him from someone but I was already going there and hadn't had a problem.
