Before I launch into my review, allow me to paint a picture. I gave myself less than two months to find THE dress. I kept putting it off, mostly because I hate the experience of dressing rooms and the insane pressure to find THE ONE. I had just graduated from college a month prior and the anxiety combined with post grad blues and the fact that most of my bridesmaids were unable to be there was ramping up. Before my fitting, Michelle called to ask more specifics. What did I want, what was my price range, etc. I had an envisioned a dress for months previous but thought I would keep an open mind (especially since my wedding is in two months). THANK GOODNESS I DID! I scheduled an earlier appointment and arrived with my mom and little sister in tow. The gallery had just opened which gave us the entire store to ourselves. I'm very much a bride-on-a-budget so we were mainly shopping from the Outlet. Michelle had put aside a dress that she thought would be cool, didn't pressure me, and I agreed thinking it would be fun. Little did I know, it would be the one. The entire experience was amazing; they served us seasonal mocktails during the fitting, Michelle held up a suit coat in the color of my groom to help me envision the big day clearly, I was able to try on a wonderful selection of gorgeous dresses all within my price range and even one from the Gallery. I didn't feel any condescension for the fact that I was shopping from the outlet and was treated with respect and words of affirmation. I had another appointment later in the day so I didn't nab it up right then and there...but I couldn't get the dress off of my mind. I went back a few hours later and tried it on again. Michelle was so kind, gave me all the time, and the relief when I said yes was very much mutual. She even gave me a hefty discount, which was extremely considerate. Things to know for context: 1)     While losing weight, I am a very plus size bride and was nervous about the whole dress shopping experience. 2)     I have never been wedding dress shopping before. 3)     I did pay extra to ensure we had the salon to ourselves (which I recommend every bride does) Our shopping experience was reserved for a Sunday, and we made the trip down to Salem.  It was just my Maid of Honor and I attending the appointment, however I did have my mom available on Skype to be a part of the experience. Upon arrival we knocked at the door and was greeted by my consultant, Michelle.  She honestly made the appointment.  Her years of experience not only helped me find my perfect dress, but at no point did she make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my body or the way I looked.  While the dressed could not close at my back, I was able to get them on and envision how I would look the day of my wedding. By the time I put on the third dress (yes, plus size brides, I had options!!!) I just knew that was the one.  Michelle knew exactly what veil and belt would match my dress along with a tiara (per my mom's request) and when it all came together, I was moved to tears.  I didn't ever want to take it off, and cannot wait for my first fitting. I'm very open and honest with my experiences and have even taken some days to really reflect on my appointment and how the day went.  It was so calm, so relaxing and reassuring.  I honestly have no negative comments to report.  There is nothing I wouldn't have changed about my experience and wish I could do it all over again.  Michelle was so honest and open, answered all of my questions, and was even present for any questions my mom had via Skype.  She ensured we all were involved and having it just be my Maid of Honor and I, made for such an intimate experience which I appreciated. Now, on to the things that made it extra special.  My bridesmaids will be in burgundy and Michelle brought over a burgundy dress on a mannequin to stand next to me in my dress.  It was so great o see the color next to mine and really made everything real.  What was also beyond touching was the bridal swag bag that was given to me at my appointment.  I won't reveal what's inside, but my goodness it made me feel like so much more than just a name in an appointment book. Lastly, was the personalized, handwritten thank you note I received from Michelle in the mail.  I will of course add this to my wedding scrapbook along with all the other memories I've gained through this experience. Coming from a bride who honestly thought I would have to pick a wedding dress simply because it fits and not because I love it, (lets face it, bridal has come a long way for plus size brides, but there is still a ways to go) this experience was more than what I could have ever asked for. While the dress was beautiful and everyone was really nice, there were a few res flags. They had a pushy vibe when it came to the more expensive dresses even though I couldn't afford them. They gave the impression alterations would be a certain amount and $600 later the alterations are more than I thought. And the cherry on top, no matter how many times I told the alterations specialist that the dress was too big at 2 different fittings, i was swimming in it at the wedding. Thankfully the photos look amazing, but the video clearly shows how giant the dress was on me. It was kind of heartbreaking how much Monday I spent on the dress for it to not fit. read more

Everything in here is by far over priced. Would be not such a huge deal if it wasn't for the way they treated people of diversity and part of the LGBTQ community. You can feel the vibes right when you walk through the front door. I was really excited so I gave them a chance anyway. I felt like I was a chore the entire time. Groom here, I didn't actually attend the dress fitting with Michelle at Bridal Gallery in Salem OR, but based on the level of happiness that my future wife had when she returned home, I felt compelled to write this review. My wife-to-be is named Jojo and we are in our early thirties, both transplants from other states. Jojo found it difficult to find a boutique that she liked for two main reasons. The first being that she hadn't fallen in love with any of the dresses that she had tried on, and the second reason that I think will resonate with a lot of brides-to-be is that she couldn't find a dress that she felt pretty when wearing. After her fitting at the Bridal Gallery, Jojo came home and explained her wonderful experience with Michelle. She mentioned how the very first dress she tried on was a winner. Michelle however was an expert, and basically said "you're here, let's try on a few more dresses." Jojo agreed and then tried on two more dresses that weren't as good as the first. Then based on all of the feedback that Jojo gave Michelle, Michelle picked out a fourth dress. This was the winner, as the groom I cannot speak to what the dress looked like, but to see my partner truly content with the way she looked in a wedding dress brought me more joy then I felt the day Jojo agreed to marry me. I saw Rebecca who was wonderful. She helped me from having absolutely no idea to what I wanted in a dress to picking out my dream dress! With the whole beginning process I was greatly pleased. She did an amazing job! If my review was based on this process it would hands down be five star. However, I bought the dress while visiting my parents who live in Oregon as I live out of state. They informed me the dress would be shipped to me along with their recommendations of who to go in the area where I live for alterations. I ordered my dress the beginning of February and was not notified of when I would get my dress. June came and I started getting nervous if the order was placed as I had not heard a single word from them since I purchased the dress in February. Eventually a dented box showed up on my doorstep. To my dismay it was my dress...after such a pricy purchase I would think a signature would be required or I would at least be NOTIFIED that my dress was ordered/shipped...nope. Also, to my disappointment there was nothing from them stating where they recommended I get my dress altered like they had promised. Not to mention I paid extra for a "garment bag" which is really a cheap piece of material which I don't really trust my dress being in to begin with. I originally went shopping for my wedding dress with family in southern California during Thanksgiving weekend. It was a last minute decision to go dress shopping, and because of the short notice, the only place that could get us in was David's Bridal. I don't want to bad mouth David's, because they do have so many affordable dresses...but if you are looking for something completely different...you aren't going to find it in a store full of cookie cutter wedding gowns. I REALLY wanted to find a dress with my family there and because of that, I settled on what I felt was the best of the options I had tried on. Months later....and about 3 dozen episodes of "Say Yes to the Dress," I was having HUGE buyers remorse. The dress wasn't me, wasn't what I wanted, and I knew in my heart that I had settled. This past Monday, I was off for MLK day and at the suggestion of my future sister-in-law, I called The Bridal Gallery to see if there was a small chance that they may have had a cancellation...and they did! After a quick phone call with Rebecca where she got an idea of the style, budget, and feel of the wedding dress I was imagining (and the incredibly short timeline), she told me to come on over. When I got there I was warmly greeted by her and we took a lap around the store together. She pointed out some great selections and even suggested some dresses that were completely different than what I had imagined, but that she thought would look great on me. I probably picked out 12 dresses (which were all so unique and beautiful than what I had seen previously), and we tried them all on. She was even extremely patient when I asked to try the same dress on three different times...which ended up being the ONE...and again, was completely different than what I expected to pick and suggested by her. She also had a cute little note on the chalk board inside of the dressing room that said "Welcome Tera! 78 days until Miss to Mrs!" I decided to go to the appointment alone so I could make a decision for myself, but I honestly felt like I had a friend there with Rebecca and the owner Angie. They were both SO easy to talk to, super fun, and I instantly felt like we had all known each other for years. The appointment, service, selection (and extremely reasonable prices) were more than I hoped for. I visited The Bridal Gallery for my wedding dress while I was in Oregon visiting family. I live in New Jersey, but wanted to go to a place in Oregon so my grandmother could come along for the experience. I scheduled online and received a call from someone right away to ask some questions to customize my experience. They were so friendly. The day of, we arrived and had the best time. Our consultant was fantastic. (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry! Though everyone we spoke with was great. It might have been Heather, but it's been almost 2 years since I went in. ha) She let us look around and pick things we liked, and then she asked what I was looking for and picked a few more things for me. The trying-on process was great, she was super helpful, and they allowed us to drink a bottle of sparkling wine that we brought in! After trying on a few, our consultant had an idea - I wanted a fitted bodice, but I loved the idea of sleeves. She came back with a jacket, and it perfectly matched the dress that I loved - and they weren't even made to go together! I knew that was it. I was saying yes! (At the risk of sounding cliche.) The jacket had elbow-length sleeves, and I wanted full-length, so we were also able to order more fabric for the seamstress to extend them. The ordering and shipping process was so easy. I was nervous since it had to be shipped to them in Oregon, and then from them to my parents in Texas (where the wedding was), all while I was living in New Jersey. But everything went smoothly and arrived safely! The Bridal Gallery communicated everything to me and were so great. Everything arrived at once - obviously the dress and the jacket, but also the extra fabric, and bra cups, as well as straps if I wanted to add them to the dress (which was strapless). All in a nice garment bag. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and I am still in love with my dress, even 6 months after the wedding. Thank you!! I had been in contact with her via text prior to this but I wasn't expecting to see or talk with her another time at the shop. BIGGEST WEDDING REGRET EVER! HORRENDOUS OWNER!!! I must admit at first glance I was not excited, the window display appeared more like a prom day than a wedding boutique but as one of few in Salem I went in anyway. The first time I went into schedule an appointment and take a look around if possible to get an idea if they would really have what I was looking for. I found myself looking for someone and then flippantly greeted by a woman. I explained what I was hoping for and I was immediately cut off with an awful attitude as she told me "we don't let anyone look around. You have to have an appointment" amongst a lecture of other snide comments including "all you snowflakes want things you can't actually have" "you're going to have to expect to be let down" and "keep your child away from anything". In giving the benefit of the doubt I tried to schedule an appointment , only she could not accommodate a working schedule - which I honestly find odd for a business downtown if they are looking to make sales. I should have known then...but despite her blatantly rude remarks and attitude I verbally confirmed an appointment with her for 4:30pm to which I later received a reminder and confirmation for 3pm. I tried to call to clarify but was told they would only make my appointment shorter then despite having previously confirming a full appointment slot. Apprehensive to attend the appointment i was hopeful and went anyway. My consultant was kind, happy and made the process much better. I had explained my concerns and that's when I learned the owner herself was the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. To which my consultant seemed to have plenty of excuses for her behavior. Unfortunately little did I know my sister in law had the same experience but found a dress she thought she loved and was convinced to buy it. Only when it came to fittings and actual alterations nothing had been done as discussed. Instead of recognizing their mistakes the owner was full of spiteful excuses and inevitably she was left to go somewhere close to the wedding destination to have the dress altered the day before the wedding. I'd never thought it could get worse until then, only it continued into the next day with the men. They offer suit rentals as well for $180 all inclusive and convince you to use theirs since it would mean one stop shopping and hassle free - what bride doesn't want that? But little did we know the hassle free part was a complete lie. The men had all been fitted for their suits, ties, shoes, socks, etc months before the date and we were guaranteed to have everything we need. All the men including the groom except one groomsmen had even been measured in store by their employee. Unfortunately you get what you pay for and in this case, less than that. Not a single shirt was the right size! The pants are all wrong!!! Day of the wedding and nothing fits. A couple groomsmen's shoes were the wrong size, and the jackets were all about to bust from being too small - and no none of them gained weight in fact two had lost weight and did not gain enough muscle mass to make up for it. It was as though they measured in centimeters for a size in inches. The closest to fitting suit happened to also be the only groomsmen who wasn't able to be fitted by the employee and sent in his measurements, but was still small. When we asked what could be done they claimed to have a new vendor and were full of more excuses instead of any kind of awareness or remorse. Considering they had in store displays of the suits how would they not know that the suits run incredibly small and to order larger? Every major aspect of their wedding that was supposed to be easy went south because of this store! They were completely unprofessional at every turn, but even worse the owner's atrocious approach to business does not deserve to be rewarded with local support or purchases of any kind. Needless to say I'm not looking forward to what may be in store for me and will be sure to update. As it is their inability to return my calls and emails about tux rentals for my wedding is actually incredibly fortuitous considering the problems that would likely come of it. My suggestion: men's warehouse is expensive but reliable and mr formal has wedding tux cheaper and different from prom so still sharp looking. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! SAVE YOURSELF!! Per the reply, you can witness their immaturity and poor business sense to be passive aggressively insulting to paying customers, even on yelp. Sad really. Had an appointment during their 1/2 off sale that they have twice a year. I was paired with Samantha who was professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and funny. She was amazing!! She was very supportive through the whole process (there were a few "no's") and I never felt rushed or pressured. She was receptive to feedback from myself and from my tribe I brought along with me. I had a great experience at The Bridal Gallery! Who knew such a kind, fun, professional, and tasteful shop existed in downtown Salem. I was shopping a relatively low budget for a dress, and my Mom and I shopped at a few places in Portland but with no luck we we're beginning to feel like maybe online was the only option in my budget range (Just my money $400-500). On the drive home from Portland I called The Bridal Gallery and was able to make an appointment for the next day. We were helped by the lovely and kind Samantha, she help me pick dresses and get into them ( She wasn't shy of boobs, but not manhandling me either! The owner and the seamstress were the same way, some pushing around of the girls is just part of this experience but I'd say they walk this line perfectly for an un-shy girl like me and for other more delicately minded ladies as well). Samantha helped me and mom through some emotional stuff, and finally at the last min got me to try on a clearance dress that I loved the fabric of but hated the very high choker-like neck-line of. Trying it on, I loved everything about it, except that awful neckline, and it was about a size to large. Samantha and Angie(?) the owner reassured me that their seamstress could fix that right up, and that they had been dying to see this very dress (It had been on the rack for a while because of that neck line!) revamped like I was imagining it. My mom, wonderful woman that she is, bought the dress for me as a gift, and it being on clearance it was still a good price for a wedding dress, below $800. I was so excited to have this dress but nervous about the level of alterations necessary. The Bridal Gallery's seamstress, they have a few, I worked with Linda, did a fantastic job! It was costly. Over half the over all cost of the dress itself, but in the end it made a dress I loved and transformed the look and style of the gown. I wish I had take more before and after shots! I never thought I would have such a fabulous, wedding gown, it is truly the most beautiful dress I will ever wear. I absolutely love this place. I originally went in on August 17th to find my dress. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to find a dress that really made me feel like that was the one because I wanted a corset back and sweetheart neckline But was open to other styles. After visiting other shops I was skeptical cause usually bridal shops are pushy. Well I go in to find my dress and I was greeted with all smiles. They asked me about my budget and I told them and they didn't put me in anything that was over budget but they did have a lot of styles to choose from. She put me in so many different styles which I loved since I was Wanting to get a feel for what I wanted even though I had an idea. Finally she put me in a dress that literally made me feel like it was the perfect dress. It had the corset back and the sweetheart neckline. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and my girls. They were willing to go the extra mile and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy. They even said it themselves "if you don't find the perfect one no worries it's your day and when you find that dress you'll know." Fast forward 7 months into February and I set up an appointment for alterations. Once again it was a friendly atmosphere and positive vibes. They made sure that I had everything I needed and wanted on the alterations. *side note- I am currently 3months pregnant and that was no issue* they still took that into consideration with absolutely no issues and set me up for another appointment right before the wedding. They have never let me leave without me being satisfied which is what I like. They made finding and altering my dress extremely affordable and perfect. The Bridal Gallery was the second place I went to find a dress. I had a great experience working with Rebekah. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for and what type of wedding we were having. She brought a good variety of dresses for me to try on and the last one was the "one!" She was very good with tips and ideas regarding what would look best on me. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend them for other brides. A week later we went back to look for tuxes. We were just going to look at our options but Dave walked us through everything and had great suggestions based off our wedding ideas. I loved the options they had no only in tuxes but also in colors for the ties and vests. He was able to match with our four colors no problem. He was patient and very thorough. We had a great experience working with him also and would definitely recommend the men to come there for their tuxes! It was nice to get it all done in the same location. I decided to do my bridal shopping in Oregon to make it easier for my mom but because I was making quite the drive (about 6 hours) I wanted to make sure we went to a couple of shops. I scheduled appointments at David's Bridal, The Shabby Chic and the Bridal Gallery about a month in advance. The Bridal Gallery happened to be my third appointment of the day so I had found a couple of options at the first two shops that I liked but still wanted to see what this shop had to offer. When my consultant Rebekah greeted us we told her about our shopping experience so far, showed her pictures of the dresses I was liking to give her a direction, and told her my budget. She explained that I was her third appointment of the day and that she was ready for her shift to be over - oh great! She then proceeded to run me around the shop pulling out dresses, asking yes or no, while showing clear frustration with my budget. Once we got to the point of trying the dresses on she quickly got me in and out of the dresses I had picked, had little to no input on what she thought, and when I had tried on the last dress of my picks she left me in the dressing room naked until she finally wandered back and I had to ask her if I should get dressed. Her response was "Well yes, that was the last dress you said you wanted to try"! While I appreciate her having me pick out dresses to try on I thought her job as a CONSULTANT was to consult, listen to what I was liking and what I wasn't and pull a couple of dresses that she thought would look nice. Especially because bridal appointments are 1.5 hours long and we were in and out of this shop in 30 minutes. It definitely felt like Rebekah was ready to be done for the day, figured I had already found dresses I liked and she just didn't want to try that hard to help me find anything else. I had a lot of concern with going to a chain bridal shop like David's Bridal but the customer service I received from them was 100 times better than my interactions with Rebekah. Also, the Shabby Chic was amazing so if you are lucky enough to find something in your relative size at their shop I think it's the way to go in Salem! read more

My first experience trying on wedding dresses was at David's Bridal and let me tell you, The Bridal Gallery was a breath of fresh air! Rebekah worked with me to find the perfect dress. She sat down with me to get to know who I was, what my vision was for my wedding and of course, scrolled through my Pinterest account. First you have to know, they have a picture frame on the front desk that states they don't take returns, refunds or exchanges. So when they order your dress 2-3 sizes too big to get the extra money on alterations, you are stuck with a huge frumpy dress and an empty pocket book. Purchased my original wedding dress here. Originally loved the dress, however 6 months later when the dress came in it was HUGE! I was disheartened but went to the alterations appointment. They had to take so much out of the dress that the details I bought the dress for were being cut away. I left so unhappy. Ended up at another bridal store and bought a beautiful dress off the rack by the same designer that was 3 SIZES SMALLER than the dress they ordered. (I know you may be thinking I lost weight for the wedding. Nope, I have always been happy with my body and didn't lose a pound.) I would highly recommend that you purchase your wedding dress elsewhere. Unless you want your dream wedding dress to be ordered so big it loses all its appeal, and you want to waste money on a dress you won't wear. read more

Amazing customer service and gown selection! I had been to several other salons in the Portland area, but nothing really stood out. The Bridal Gallery had an incredible selection, and I was able to try on ALL of the dresses I selected during the two hour (!!) appointment. I worked with Tori, and she was such a doll. She made the experience so fun and really opened my eyes to the incredible possibilities with each and every gown! 10/10 recommend The Bridal Gallery. Didn't have the best experience. Went in on a Monday with my friend that is getting married. The lady didn't help us just pointed us in the direction of where the dresses were. Then when my friend found one the lady said you have to make an appointment to try on dresses. We left and went to a Davids Bridal. They were extremely helpful there read more

I cannot say enough nice things about The Bridal Gallery! After disastrous experiences at two other bridal shops, I was apprehensive when I made my initial appointment with Angie. Every fear I had was put to rest as soon as I walked in. Angie greeted me with a huge smile and informed me that they had just gotten in a shipment of gowns that she couldn't wait for me to try on. I have to admit, I was quite confused as I had never even stepped foot in the shop until my appointment. I am a plus-sized bride and had very limited options in dresses to try on until I arrived at The Bridal Gallery. But Angie was not kidding, they had just received what seemed like a dozen (maybe more, it's a blur) new plus-sized gowns and I was the first bride to try them on. A huge pro for me was the conversation we had before I even looked at gowns. Angie was upfront and told me that she wouldn't put me in a dress if it weren't in a reasonable size for me. Some girls might be offended or put off by that, but for me it was a huge relief. Being stuff into a size 8 when you're a size 18 is not fun. Additionally, they were respectful of my budget and did not have me try on anything that I wouldn't be able to afford. They were also honest with me during the trying on process which was extremely helpful as I was shopping alone. I never once felt like they were trying to push me into anything, in fact, I felt that they were amazingly supportive in helping me to pick the style of dress that best suited my personality and shape. My consultant, Samantha, and Angie let me try on as many gowns as I wanted before picking a top 3. I was not able to commit to a dress, but made tentative plans to return within the next month. In the days that followed my appointment, I saw a gown online from one of the lines carried by The Bridal Gallery. I emailed Angie with the designer and style and inquired if it was one they carried. Angie quickly replied that it wasn't but she would check around. She did more than that; she was able to get a loaner in a sample size from the designer that I could see (and didn't charge me even though it's usually a $75 fee). Jump ahead a couple of weeks to the dress arriving and the shipment was delayed. The staff at The Bridal Gallery immediately called (& emailed) and updated me on the situation which required me to reschedule my appointment for the following day. I work in Salem, but live about an hour away so it always takes some coordination with my schedule to make appointments. Angie and Samantha were completely flexible, offering to make an appointment for me after-hours or even on Sunday when they're typically closed. When I say their customer service is above and beyond, I truly mean it. My mom was able to travel from the east coast for my second appointment during which I found and purchased my wedding dress. Walking into the store for the second time felt like seeing friends you haven't seen in a while. The team at The Bridal Gallery exudes warmth and always makes you feel so welcome. Samantha put the loaner gown on a mannequin so I could see the full effect and also gave my mom clips to mark any gowns she wanted to see me try on. My second experience trying on gowns was just as amazing as my first. Samantha was wonderful to work with; she listened to what I said and was always my biggest supporter. I ended up selecting a gown that was in my top 3 from my first appointment. It took my mother being there and the support of the staff at The Bridal Gallery for me to be able to say yes to my dress. It was an emotional moment, not just for me, but for my mom and Samantha as well. There were tears and hugs all around. It sounds totally cheesy, but it was the perfect moment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely store! Dave went far and above what one would normally expect to ensure that my daughter had her "perfect" prom dress. We arrived late in the day while on a college tour, we never felt rushed, just the opposite in fact. Dave spent lots of time with us, and I think he was just as happy as we were that we were finding lots of dresses. We left with one dress, and then at the last minute changed our mind, after returning home to California. I sent Dave a picture of the dress we wanted and had it within just a few days. It saved us hours and hours of searching, and now we have not one, but two great dresses. He even checked in to see that we received the dress and tracked it via UPS for me! His thoughtfulness, caring and personal touch is second to none and something of a rare gem. read more

I can not say enough good things about this place. I went in there thinking I needed to buy another dress because mine didn't fit. Instead of selling me another one they calmed me down and said they can fix it. Doubtful I went with it and to my surprise they did an AMAZING job. The dress fits and looks beautiful. Rebekah was so sweet and supportive and helped me find the perfect veil. My first fitting I was almost in tears thinking there was no hope and they were all so supportive and positive. This is not just a shop that wants a sale they are genuinely focused on making things right for you. I will never go anywhere else. Words can not express my appreciation for all of them. read more

What a wonderful experience! They have absolutely beautiful gowns, and a wonderful personal touch by the sales people. I was a non-traditional bride looking for a simple not-ball gown style dress on a budget. Rebecca gave my sister and I the full experience without treating me any different because I wasn't willing to spend a super high amount, which many other bridal shops I've heard do, and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. The Bridal Gallery was the second shop I visited to try on wedding dresses. The organization at the Bridal Gallery, by style of dress, was incredibly helpful to me since I had a strong idea of the style I wanted. In comparison, the first shop I went to (which had won several awards in the Seattle area) was organized by designer and price point; by the time I transitioned from one designer to another I could hardly remember what I had previously chosen to try on. At the Bridal Gallery I had a clear idea of what I was choosing to try on and knew that each dress had something different about it that I wanted to see on my person. Also, the price point at the Bridal Gallery is incredibly reasonable. Then there was the magical experience of finding my dress; it fit perfectly and was everything I was hoping for. Aaron was very practical and helpful throughout the process, but was also clearly excited for me when I found my perfect dress. Coming from the Seattle, everyone was helpful in making my appointments and alterations work on a weekend schedule.
