Then the girl, (maybe the vet tech) obviously didn't believe us when we told her our large dog couldn't walk because she kept trying to pull him up. He's already scared, we are already emotional and our experience at this place 10 min in is horrible. To top it off the room was absolutely disgusting. We did opt for the cremation service and whoever provided that did a wonderful job. However when I went to pick him up the girl at the front told me she would be with me in a few (no one was in the waiting room or at the front desk) so I patiently waited for her to finish up. All the while she carrying on a conversation with 2 other workers. It took another worker walking out from the back to ask if I had been helped for the girl at the front to help me. Bottom line this place is disgusting and the staff is rude and not caring or compassionate. If you are able to avoid giving them your business most definitely do so. I will say the vet was very nice and compassionate and that's about all the good I have to say.
