They have good pizza friendly service and they are in a old looking building that looks like it was an old dance hall.

Really good pizza in an old fashioned saloon-type building. They get the crust right every time.

We were visiting from out of town and looking for an easy dinner option…read more I will say, it was SUPER WEIRD that we picked up pizza made in an ice cream parlor ( i think it was in the back or out of a food truck). I ordered with some teenage girls and it was ready about 30 minutes later. I know you can also order online. I would suggest if you have more than 2 people sharing to order another pizza or have a side salad as these are not huge pieces. We just got a pepperoni pizza- and it was actually super tasty! Our only issue was how greasy it was, even the bottom? I am not sure how that happened.... it was like they put butter under the pizza? And for that I would give them a 4.5 star rating. Overall, this was a good option for us in the area and I'd eat it again if we were in town on a Friday or Saturday night.

What a perfect little hidden gem! Our family was heading back to Houston from a visit to Fiesta TX…read moreand wanted to find somewhere to eat that wasn't too far off the freeway and wasn't fast food. We managed to locate Flatonia Pizza Co on yelp and decided to give it a go. It was a little hard to find as it is tucked away behind an ice cream shop. They operate out of a food truck and have a neat little setup with outdoor tables and yard games like cornhole and jenga. The pizza was truly amazing! My husband tried the cheeseburger pizza and added jalapenos to it, I had a pizza with pepperoni, ham, sausage and drizzled with hot honey (WOW! Is all I can say!), the kids had regular pepperoni and sausage and we all shared some garlic knots. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Luckily our family members own a farm in Moravia so we will be able to visit again in the future. Will definitely be back as soon as we are in the area!

TLDR: Good pizza at reasonable prices but the wait time is unreasonably long…read more Pretty solid pizza here. Fully customizable. I built my own white pizza with garlic butter herb sauce, fresh mozz, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. It was pretty tasty. I was STARVING so maybe that amplified the flavor. This brings me to my next point... Pizza takes FOREVER. I clocked it and it was a full hour from the moment we ordered. This was particularly unpleasant because I was waiting in the car with my two bored and hungry toddlers. If you have kids, you get it. Not ideal. By the way, we tried to call ahead and no one picked up the phone (we tried a couple times). I should also add that the prices are very reasonable here. The kids menu pizzas are very cheap and more than enough food to fill them up.

Who knew Bastrop, Texas, would have some of the best pizza and pasta I've had in a long time?…read more I'm in town for a six-week work assignment and decided to try Bastiano's for takeout. All I can say is wow. I ordered the creamy garlic pasta with chicken, spinach, bacon, and onions, along with a supreme pizza, and both were outstanding. The pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor without being overly heavy. The chicken was tender, the bacon added the perfect savory bite, and the spinach and onions balanced everything beautifully. Then there was the pizza. This wasn't one of those pizzas where you have to hunt for toppings. Every slice was loaded with pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives, mushrooms, and vegetables. The crust had a great texture, the cheese was perfectly melted, and every bite was packed with flavor. One of the best parts is the value. The portions were generous enough that this takeout order will easily feed me for several days, which makes the quality even more impressive. As someone who wasn't expecting to discover amazing Italian food in Bastrop, Bastiano's was a pleasant surprise. If you're local or just passing through town, do yourself a favor and give them a try. I'll definitely be ordering again before my assignment is over.

Wow! The absolute best pizza in Texas that I've had in my 12 years of living here!…read more I moved to Austin from NY and If you like a NY style crust with the finest quality ingredients , than just like me, this is your place! The dough is thin with the perfect amount of chew to the crust . Even though these pies are all 12" personal sized , the pieces still fold like A Slice from NYC. The sauce is delicious , toppings are limited but amazing quality ! We had the pepperoni and sausage and the white pie and both were just incredible. The chef/owner is clearly passionate about what he creates and his Wife handles the front of the house friendly and poised. The Family that owns this place are just super cool. All In all Sylvia Pizza has really Great service , cool LA vibes with great NY Pizza. My only wish is that they made larger pizzas too! I highly recommend this place! Give them a try you won't regret it.

I wanted to choose my own toppings and assumed cheese would be on it so I didn't choose cheese. They sent a text asking me to confirm that I did not want cheese on my pizza. I didn't see the text because I was driving there, but when I arrived they had not made it yet, since I didn't respond. That really impressed me. That was great customer service! It's a small place back in a corner, so I see how I missed it before. While I waited they let me sample a small cone of their homemade ice cream. It was chocolate cinnamon. It was not bad, but not something that I would have put together. The ice cream was creamy and it they had another flavor I would have bought some! I ordered a small pepperoni, with onions and peppers. They don't use green peppers but they had red and yellow. It was delicious. Their pizza doesn't come with a ton of toppings but the sauce and crust are so good, you won't miss it. I will be back for more!

To start off the garlic knots were amazing, didn't even snag a pic lol!…read more The knots had great crust, good level of moisture and just the right amount of oil. Paired with some marinara it was perfect! Pizza 8.9/10! SO good, great crust, perfect balance of cheese and sauce and overall cooked to perfection! Toppings also were evidently fresh and of high quality! 1000% you have to get the hot honey drizzle on your pizza, it was incredible! The only bit of feedback I would give to management is to replace the cactus plant with something that doesn't have little pokies, sadly my wife brushed her arm past it and we ended up going on a 45 minute quest to get all of the little cactus pins out :( The plant was also in a broken ceramic pot- broken ceramic is potentially as sharp or sharper than a razor, and I wouldn't want anyone to hurt themselves badly! All in all, great experience and we will gladly be swinging by whenever we're in San Marc

Cost less than $20 for a 16" pizza, $25 out the door with drinks and tip : ) Recommended.
