It's a small place back in a corner, so I see how I missed it before. While I waited they let me sample a small cone of their homemade ice cream. It was chocolate cinnamon. It was not bad, but not something that I would have put together. The ice cream was creamy and it they had another flavor I would have bought some! I ordered a small pepperoni, with onions and peppers. They don't use green peppers but they had red and yellow. It was delicious. Their pizza doesn't come with a ton of toppings but the sauce and crust are so good, you won't miss it. I will be back for more!

First the pizzas look amazing on the advertising screen. I always look at the crust as a sign as to how the pizza might be and it looked great. The different types were also intriguing. The advertised muffuletta pizza caught my eye. I also settled on the meats pizza but switched out the regular sauce for their spicy marinara. Because I wasn't sure how good it would be I did get their personal sizes (think pizza hut scholastic book club). A decision I would come to regret around 8pm when my pizza itch came back. So if you take anything away from this, get the larger size, it's worth it. Anyway, you order at a kiosk and you can customize the pizzas for additional charges depending on what you get. After ordering it took about 10-15 minutes for my order to be handed to me. Not bad at all considering they are making the pizzas as you order. They are also using fresh pizza dough which is what I think makes all the difference here. Opening the box it's immediately apparent they're taking their pizza seriously. The crust is the star here. The beautiful leopard spotting type char on the crust that gives just enough crunchy bite before giving way to the light and slightly chewy inside made such a pleasurable eating experience. The toppings also seemed to be really good quality as well. The muffuletta pizza had ham, pepperoni, provolone (I believe) and olive tapenade. A great pizza idea executed extremely well. My only gripe was that I felt the tapenade didn't add much overall. I thought it was added after it was cooked, almost like a finishing accoutrement. I was wrong. It was added with all the other ingredients then cooked so it took away the punch that comes with having the condiment on the sandwich. There also wasn't a lot of it on the pizza at all. It really could have used it because it would have added that bright element that makes the sandwich so good. The all meat pizza was exactly what you'd expect; pepperoni, bacon, hamburger crumbles,mozz and provolone cheese. Substituting the spicy marinara here is the move, but be warned this isn't the let down spicy you usually get in restaurants. It's not just saying it's spicy but toned down to accommodate the average consumer palates. This is actually spicy. It's GREAT and is a great compliment to the meats and cheeses. Also, both pizzas had that yeasty undertone from the crust that you want with a really good pizza. They're making serious pizzas here that'd be perfect for any pizza night. I think for the quality and price this should be a strong consideration against any dedicated pizza place. It'll definitely be a regular for me. Oh! You can also buy their raw pizza dough!
